Sandpiper Cove is a fresh, tranquil, clean and bright pool home!! With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home sleeps up to 6.

Outdoor space:
As soon as you open the front door, your eyes are drawn to the beautiful pool beyond the living room. During the day, the large pool, patio and backyard make for a quiet, private retreat. The yard backs up to green space and is fully fenced. An outdoor TV allows you to catch up on the news with your morning coffee by the pool. Enjoy a grilled dinnerfrom the BBQ at the outdoor dining set or lounge in the sun on the chaise lounges. After sunset, enjoy the comfortable entertainment area complete with white lights strung over head that provide a relaxing ambience.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals!
There is a drip coffee maker, French press, blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, and serving ware for your use.
We provide starter essentials including a few: laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, hand soap, and paper products. There is a Publix (grocery store) a mile away to restock with your favorites!

Living Room:
Bright, open, and comfortable! Kick back and relax!

Dining:
Dining Room has a table with settings for six. In addition, you can grab a drink or quick bite to eat at the bar connecting the living room and kitchen as well as in the kitchen at a table for two.

Bedrooms:
Master-luxurious, memory foam king bed, dresser, large closet and ensuite bath. There is patio access from the master bedroom.
Guest bedroom-comfortable memory foam queen and twin beds with super soft bedding to allow for a restful night! A dresser and closet will allow you to settle in and feel at home. There is also a pack and play available in this room, if you are traveling with a little one.
Den-Memory foam twin bed in a bright room off of the kitchen with ample clothing storage space and made private with a sliding barn door.
Entertainment:
Master bed and Living room with ROKU TVs for streaming. There is no traditional cable but clear and easy instructions for you to find popular networks. Bring your passwords for other streaming apps.
Our WiFi is reliable and fast!!
There is an assortment of games and books for you to enjoy!

Bathrooms:
Master bath-ensuite, with shower, iron and ironing board in the linen closet
Guest-tub and shower
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available

Garage:
Parking is available in the garage for one car as well as for one car on the driveway. No RVs or boats are allowed. No street parking is allowed.
Washer, dryer and drying rack are available for your use.

Note: Pool is heated 12 hours per day November through March. No additional charge. Temp is set to 84 degrees during that time.
There is a child safety fence around the pool. Cost to guest is $100 if it is taken down (so we can have it properly reinstalled).
