--- A True Cape Cod Home Base ---
Our Brewster home offers everything you need to relax, explore, and make the most of Cape Cod. Centrally located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood, the home has been extensively refreshed: hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout, new HVAC for four-season comfort, and both bathrooms fully renovated in 2026. It's a true Cape Cod home away from home that provides that warm, lived-in character from the moment you arrive.
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably, and the open-concept kitchen and dining area, sunlit sunroom, and cozy living room with gas fireplace give everyone room to spread out and unwind. Step outside and you'll find a brand-new Jacuzzi hot tub, and we have chairs, towels, umbrella, and other supplies for your beach adventures.
--- Location & Outdoor Access ---
The location is one of this home's standout features. Just around the corner are two trail entrances directly into Nickerson State Park, one of Cape Cod's most beloved natural areas. From your doorstep, you can access miles of walking, cycling, and mountain biking trails, or stroll about twenty minutes to pristine freshwater pond beaches — free of charge, and rarely crowded. Kayak rentals available in the park (or at any of several lakes in the general area) for a fee.
Just 1.5 miles from the home, the Cape Cod Rail Trail offers a safe, scenic paved path stretching from Yarmouth on the Mid-Cape all the way to Wellfleet on the Outer Cape, passing through the charming downtowns of Brewster and Orleans along the way. It's an ideal way to explore the region at a relaxed pace, whether you're on foot or on a bike. You’ll find several bike rental places within a short drive, including right off the rail trail for easy access.
We keep a curated selection of area guides and maps in the home and are always happy to offer personal recommendations tailored to your group's interests — from the best local seafood spots to quiet beaches and lesser-known trails.

--- House Guidelines ---
Our home is part of a quiet residential neighborhood with many year-round residents, and we ask that guests help us honor that community. Please keep outdoor noise to a low level, especially in the evenings, and keep gatherings small — this isn't the right fit for large parties or events.
We ask that guests remove shoes at the door to help preserve the hardwood floors and area rugs throughout the home. Please rinse off before using the hot tub, and use all outdoor equipment — bikes, kayaks, fire pit — responsibly.
Note: locked spaces throughout the property are private and off-limits.
Above all: please treat the home as you would your own. We've put a lot of care into this space, and we hope it shows.
