Centrally located within minutes of NAU, Downtown Flagstaff's restaurants and shopping, Fort Tuthill and the Flagstaff airport. For the adventurer, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon are just a short drive or walk out the back door to access Flagstaff's Urban Trail system for biking or walking. The home boasts soaring ceilings in the great room along with a cozy fireplace.
The Space:
The living area boasts cathedral like ceilings with a bank of windows to match looking out at the pines. There is ample seating around the cozy fireplace and smart TV.

The dining are seats six comfortably around a sizable table with comfy seating and great lighting.
