Very old furnishing / fixtures. Worn furniture, uncomfortable beds with very old linen. Kitchen utensils badly need to be replace. Blunt knives, no kettle to boil water for tea, limited / old cook ware. Zero cleaning supplies, no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. In the middle of a pandemic you would at least expect surface spray and hand sanitizers. One roll of kitchen towels to last a party of 6 for 3 days. No AC, lots of fans but doesn’t help much. I would not stay here again, I expected a lot more for the $ paid. Impossible to contact the letting agent and zero communication from them prior to arrival. Had to circle the Yosemite valley for 40 minutes to get reception to send a message asking for check in instructions. They came through 15 mins after 5pm, which is totally unacceptable for a check in time of 4pm. I’d expect to receive the check in information the day before traveling.

Clean, well stocked, and conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit.

For the fees charged for this property, I highly recommend installing an AC unit. You can afford it ;) Internet did not work at all Entry code was setup wrong and could not enter the unit. No cell coverage = no way to contact management Kitchen sink was leaking

Our stay was great! Location is great. We wish the washer and dryer were accessible so that we could dry our clothes that got wet in rain/snow.

There was power outage during our stay. It was freezing in the downstair rooms and we were unable to sleep

Our family was very comfortable. We could have used more teaspoons and drinking glasses to be able to prepare and eat meals. Bluetooth speakers or stereo would have been an extra touch. Management quickly brought a pack and play when requested. All communications with management before our arrival were quickly answered. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Yosemite.

This home was perfect for our family of five. It was as close to Yosemite valley as you can stay ... without staying right in the valley itself. The place is roomy and clean. We enjoyed eating most meals outside on the deck. We were there in early July when it was hot outside. Because it did not cool down much at night, we found it difficult to cool down the temperature inside the house. We wished it had air conditioning. This is probably only an issue for a few weeks each year.

The property was clean and accessible. However, a few complaints is that the garage is inaccessible, uneven heating between the two floors, and fewer than sufficient towels were provided.

Really enjoyed the property. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us (noting there were only 2 bathrooms). The location was great. We would recommend adding a washer and dryer.
