Place was clean and enjoyable. Had a couple questions and was answered in very short time. Will keep in mind for another trip back down that way.

Home was very clean, easy check in. Stayed two nights basically just to sleep. It is a noisy location but the house was clean and able to use white noise to sleep.

Overall the place was very clean. I did no cooking or any of that so can't really comment on that, but it was comfortable for the most part...the beds could be better. The only really bad part that brings it down significantly is the noise. In the front room you just have the general street noise which is fair, but the back room you hear the noise from whatever business this building is shared with and they are knocking around at all hours...definitely woken up in the night multiple times from banging around or overhearing muffled voices. Also if you fill the tub up with water the water is tinted brown/yellow sooooo.....yeah. I obviously bought my own water for drinking and had no issues showering but it is a bit sketch.

I stayed here for 9 days while recovering from a cosmetic surgery procedure in Tampa. I found the bungalow to be very accommodating and I was easily able to get comfortable in either bed and the sofa, cook and wash laundry as needed. I wish I had been well enough to explore the neighborhood a bit more but I did visit the salon next door and they were top notch as well. When I needed to extend my stay by a day, the host was quickly responsive and took care of it right away.

This property was perfect for me and my daughters. With a soccer tournament nearby, we could get away and enjoy our time together. Having the washer and dryer was great to clean uniforms and such. Loved the quaint kitchen to have breakfast at our convenience. Property manager was accommodating and understanding . Would definitely stay again.

The house was fine, and as described in the listing. However, the traffic noise almost made out stay unbearable. The house is located in a parking lot close to the street. The street is a very busy 4 lane, and the traffic never subsides. Trying to sleep in the front bedroom was impossible. We would not stay here again because of that reason. Again, no issues with the house other than the traffic noise.

We went for a Tampa Bay Bucs game and we were just a short Uber ride from the stadium. We ate at three great and unique local spots less than a block or two away. The house was clean and convenient to everything for a weekend stay in Tampa. Seminole Heights is fun place to walk around and spend a Saturday.

We stayed for two nights. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The coffee maker had a crack in the carafe so Dania brought a new one the same day. There is a place in the back of the lot that someone lives in or rented while we were there and also upstairs in our house. Neither one was a problem. You are in a business district so you share a parking lot with an auto shop. Dogs are welcome but there is not a place to let them out . Being from the country we didn’t feel that safe. If you don’t mind an extremely busy road there are restaurants and bars across the road.
