This house is great. Location is awesome and plenty of room. Very conveniently located to all the great places to eat and stuff to do. Pier is a quick walk as is the beach access. House is well kept and will for sure book this property again.

The best place we have ever stayed. Literally perfect

I made the mistake of deleting our keyless entry code and the owner Riley took care of us from out of state! The owner responded quickly to any questions before arriving and while in OBX. This was my family’s second visit and you cannot beat the location. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout the house allow for easy clean up to sweep sand & crumbs. The comforters could use a wash but everything is as pictured. Basic kitchen items stocked & available, but we should of brought Tupperware for leftovers! Bedrooms were plenty spacious for our family and the deck has awesome chairs to enjoy the ocean view. We will definitely be back!

The rental, location, nearby venues. We could have asked for a better place to stay...and affordability. For all of the above and rental price it was perfect and has made it possibly for my family to enjoy a vacation together in a beautiful place for the last 2 years!
