The flat is spacious, has big windows and lots of natural light and is situated right in front of the beach.From the sliding french windows in the living room you access the terrace and a stretch of lawn and in 10 metres, walk directly onto the beach. The views are of the sea and the beach. There are community gardens all around with their paths, flowers, shrubs,trees, including palms, and also swimming pools and tennis courts. It is very peaceful with no traffic or noise of traffic. The flat is ideal for a couple or family with two children. It is sufficiently close to Estepona or San luis de Sabinillas if you wish to visit commercial areas, banks, other beaches and so on. There are wonderful excursions in the mountains behind. You can visit the beautiful 'pueblos blancos' including Casares, Gaucin and many others. Gibralter, Tarifa and the Atlantic beaches beyond, are within an easy day-excursion's reach. There are several excellent golf courses to choose from within 5 to 15 minute´s drive from the flat; one is just across the road in front.
The house is open-plan style. The large bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the bedroom being open to the living room below. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the washing machine is located there. There is ample space for keeping your clothes and belongings in the built-in wardrobes in the bedroom. From the bedroom upstairs you go straight out through the sliding doors to a large wooden deck and balcony. It has a splendid view of the beach and the sea and is a great place to have breakfast and meals in general. The living room downsatirs also functions as a dining room. It is large and quite long. At the far end of the livingroom there is a sofa bed which is double and large enough for two small children to sleep on. There is also a foldout single bed available which can easily be set up there.
The kitchen is also downstairs and opens onto the living room. The sliding french doors of the living room open directly onto the patio oriented towards the beach. From ther you go across a brief stretch of grass to the sand of the beach.
The house shares a very small portion of the kitchen wall with the wall of the neighbouring flat. The walls are thick and well isolated and there is never any noise from the neighbours however. The neighbours are in general foreigners, many of them older and very quiet, pleasant people. This house and its situation is absolutely ideal for children.

    Having breakfast outside while watching the sea and the sun coming up while the birds eat almost out of your hand, in the evening you see the lighthouse of the harbour of Estepona reflected on the wall, lots of sportive people and dog lovers walking along the beach. In the winter you can use the fire place. A very cosy house, we will come back!

    Brian, the owner was very prompt at replying to all questions. Keys and any information was done efficiently. The house for me was perfect, right on the beach, but you do need a car to get about, although there's a bus which could be used. There are no restaurants or cafes within walking distance. I walked into Estepona along the beach, takes about an hour. Great space for a cosy holiday, summer or winter. Thanks Brian

    The property is in a perfect location right on the beach. It was well equipped and warm. We stayed for a winter break and it was very peaceful and just what we needed. The dogs loved the direct access to the beach.

    This had to be the very best experience I could imagine having in Spain. The house is well-situated on a lovely, quiet beach, away from the touristic settings of the larger towns. It was rare to see more than 2 - 3 people there at a time. The view of the beach and the sound of the waves from anywhere in the house was blissful. The unit was immaculate, and everything worked well. It included conveniences such as a washing machine, good hot water, excellent internet with a fast connection, nice sized refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee machine, heater, excellent A/C, fan, lovely fireplace, and all of the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook regular meals. The space is welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of light and yet still very private. The owner is fabulous in every way; communication was excellent. He is readily available and takes an immediate interest in any needs that come up, attending to them promptly and thorougly. The location is excellent, as it is close to shopping, and is just a ten-minute drive or bus ride into Estepona. From this location, it is easy to take day trips to Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, and Granada. I highly recommend this rental, don't miss it. I enjoyed the peaceful two months I spent​ and was sorry when it came time to leave; I will be back!

    The second floor balcony captured the sun all day a great place for watching the Sun rise and set,with great views over the sea.The property is set close to the beach and very peaceful.

    We spent 10 days at this house at the and of oktober and we loved it. The house was larger than we thought it would be and it had a real nice warm atmosphere. The kitchen was ok but we missed a mechanical hood above the cooker. The tableware was a mixed bag with only single pieces of everything. The living area was very comfortable with a big couch and a dinnertable. The bedroom was quite large with a big twin bed and a beautiful view on the sea. The terrace has sun from early in the morning to late afternoon. With all the sun the house would be very warm during the summer because there is no airconditioning. In the winter the house could be cold because there is no heating system available. This house is in the best part of Bahia Dorada 3. The appartment area looks a little devastating but the area around this house is beautiful with lovely flowers and trees. It realy was a perfect place for the two of us so we left with pain in our hearts.

    A very comfortable house, with a spectacular view! Each morning we watched from our bed the sun-rice at sea. no noise, you hear just the sea, birds and insects. Nice pool. You need a rental car, but then you are able to visit the area. At the coast or inland, there is a lot to discover (buy a good gide for the area)
