Excellent host with great communication. House is well stocked and well set up!

Very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of blankets, paper products, etc. In a nice neighborhood. Driving was a little bit of a challenge thru the narrow neighborhood streets. Otherwise, conveniently located. The owner was very nice and responded right away to questions. We had a great time.

Golly, it was HOT. But a fantastic stay. We last minute had to make a cake for a wedding and they had nearly everything we needed. bravo!!!

It was spacious, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and stress-free. Everything was clean and well stocked, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Great house for our family trip to Seattle. Interior was cute, clean and roomy. So many extras that I appreciated, including toiletries, coffee and tea. Close walk to grocery.

Beautiful house in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy 30 min ride on the bus to downtown Seattle. Lots of good restaurants around. House is clean and comfortable with all the amenties required plus a lot of nice little extras. Would definitely stay again if I was back in Seattle.

We were adult family memories in Seattle for a wedding and all the activities that go with it. Six of us stayed comfortably at this wonderful house. Beds ere comfy, location was perfect for getting around town. Several grocery stores nearby. Coffee of course! We appreciated all the little touches. Nice towels. Well stocked kitchen. Two tables for dining. Outside space. We hope to return to this beautiful neighborhood. The nice ladies on either side were very sweet too. Parking is easy on the street.

We had a lovely stay at Sweet Magnolia! We celebrated a graduation, hiked Discovery Park, and enjoyed down time! The extras at the home are what lead to 6/5 star title. All little things are generous-coffee availability to soaps and much more! Thanks for a great stay!

Cute house in a nice neighborhood. Well appointed and clean. During the summer heat, could do with more options to cool the house as most other areas of the country do have AC. We had a great stay.

Perfect amount of space for my two teenage daughters, husband and myself. The neighborhood is quiet yet just a short drive into downtown Seattle. A grocery store is just a few blocks away and easy to walk to. There is also an Albertsons grocery store within a mile away. The house had everything we needed, and it was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Seattle area.

Truly wonderful location and home to see all of Seattle! Enjoyed every second as a family!
