The place was amazing. It had everything needed for a perfect week long stay in Sedona. So easy to get to morning coffee, shops and restaurants. The balcony was unbelievable for morning and evening mountain and red rock views. David communicated quickly and clearly and had on point recommendations. Can not recommend enough!

My two sisters and I appreciated the convenient location, spectacular views and cozy and charming interior of Sedona Spice. Very walkable to restaurants, parks and trails. Host was responsive and provided good information. No complaints. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay near Uptown Sedona!

Sedona Spice was immaculate inside and the views from the huge living room windows or the deck were amazing! This was our second visit in seven years, so you know we like it. The host was helpful (both times) - you won't find a better place to stay in Sedona!

Everything was perfect. Host was responsive, house clean and had everything what one may need and location gorgeous.

We spent Valentines weekend here and it was fantastic. The view from the living room and deck is beautiful. The bed is very comfy. We grilled steaks one night and the kitchen is well stocked with spices and all implements you need. The location can’t be beat. We walked to dinner two nights. Many coffee shops are just a few blocks walk. The owner is very responsive and even offered to come help us with the grill if needed. I highly recommend staying here in beautiful Sedona!

Great house! Beautiful views from almost every room! Very clean (I think the flooring is brand new) and host supplies everything you need except food! Full kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful. Also, two full baths were a treat! Great location to walk a block into Uptown for dinner/shopping and close drive to all kinds of hiking. It’s a short one mile walk to The Hudson for lunch or happy hour. There is a neighbor below but we never saw or heard them. They enter their area from a completely different street. You won’t be sorry to choose this place!

Location, Location, Location! Plus great communication with the host. Great home with everything you need. The only comment would be that the second bedroom has a bunkbed ok for kids, but not for e.g. another adult couple. I suggest replacing it with two twin beds.

Super location!! The home had everything we needed and then some. So nice as a traveller to rent a VRBO that is well equipped. Makes all the difference in the world. Deck and views were amazing. Nice to be able to BBQ! Host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and happy to return. Only disappointment was having to leave!

Absolutely gorgeous views. The the beautiful home was immaculate, everything was stocked, we had a robust spice cabinet and even a grill! I'd highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to vacation in Sedona!!

Our host was excellent in communication and the property is perfectly located for both views from the deck and two short blocks to downtown.

The morning sunrises and the evening sunsets were beautiful. It was breathtaking to watch the changes of the red rock. The location was convenient to all the shops and restaurants. It was very quiet at night.

I selected this property based on reviews and photos and am happy to report it definitely lives up to its 5-Star reputation! Great communication from host, very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Strong shower and solid Wi-Fi signal. Easy walk to main street. Would certainly rent this property again if we ever return to Sedona.

We had a spectacular time celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary in Sedona, Arizona. The VRBO home we stayed at has excellent red mountain views and is conveniently located in Up Town Sedona. We highly recommend staying at this well equipped home with an awesome outdoor deck, to fully enjoy the mountain views.

We had a great stay at Sedona Spice. The property is even better than the pictures. Everything is walkable. We really enjoyed the walks after dinners. The deck and the views from the deck were amazing. Check in was so easy and the place had everything you need. All in all it was a great stay.

This was our THIRD stay at Sedona Spice. We love EVERYTHING about it and Dave and Jared could not be more accommodating. The location is the BEST, the view is even better, comfortable beds, clean, walking distance to great food….its just all around perfect. Love it.

My wife and I just returned from a delightful two week stay at Sedona Spice. This listing was everything we hoped it would be - a sunny, clean, well appointed property within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. The real highlight was the fantastic view from the spacious deck. Red rock mountains all around, with gorgeous sunsets almost everyday. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view, nice porch. Great location and quiet. Barbecue was very nice and we grilled most nights. Would be nice to provide some basics in kitchen like foil, plastic wrap, oil. The water from tap is delicious don’t buy drinking water!!! Sedona has great drinking water. Towels and linens very nice. Great air conditioning/heater worked very well. Would be nice to provide little touches like a cooler, picnic blanket,things tourists might forget. The house has good vibes and was very comfortable. Feels a bit old when you walk in but everything is very clean and well kept. We would return!

Very nice well maintained home in excellent location on a quiet residential street a short walk to dining and shopping. The host provide great information about the area and excellent doing options. Would highly recommend for a stay in Sessions.

This was a wonderful rental. The location was absolutely incredible - easy walk to all the Uptown shops and restaurants, and short, easy drive to trails, Whole foods, CVS and even more restaurants. The view of the Red Rocks from the expansive deck was beyond description! The house was very clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The house was well appointed and located in a great spot to be able to walk to many things to do or places to grab a bite. We really enjoyed being able to sit outside or inside and marvel at the outstanding views. The owner is very nice and communicated with us to welcome us. There were suggestions of things to do in the welcome book that we tried out too. It was a short visit, but a wonderful time in this lovely home. Can't wait to get back to Sedona, I would definitely try to stay in this home again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this house. The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect, being only a couple of blocks from downtown. The house has a balcony, the width of the house, with a view of the red rocks. The house is well-maintained and communication with the owner was good. We will definitely stay there again.

We just did not want to leave! Sunrise every day was such a treat. House exactly like the pictures and could walk to most everything. Wonderfully quiet at night. I hope we can come back

The outstanding features of this rental include 1. LOCATION- walkable to uptown shops & restaurants, plus easy drive to grocery stores, hiking trails etc. 2. Beautiful view of the Red Rocks, 3. Very comfortable house with thoughtful amenities (filters & ground coffee provided for the drip coffee maker, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, 4. Neighborhood is well established & quiet, 5. Large capacity washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided & lots of hangers to hang up damp clothes, 6. Easy parking in the drive through driveway, 7. Owner is quick to respond &provided clear information about the rental. Overall, I would love to return to Sedona Spice &would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others. One thing that would put it over the top would be to provide sharpened kitchen knives (yes a little sharpener is available, but these knives were beyond its capabilities). However, this would be a major departure for VRBO rentals that pride themselves on the safety of having “no cut” utensils😁. Really,it’s a great place

We loved Sedona and this place is about the best possible location for walking in the most desirable part of town. And the views are spectacular from this unit. There are restaurants, bars, shops, whatever you want within a few minutes walking distance of this unit. Driving to west Sedona and many popular hiking spots is very easy even when traffic is heavy. I highly recommend staying here, in this quiet neighborhood with the best views and access I could ever imagine in uptown Sedona. What more can I say!

This home was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and the best location possible if staying in Uptown Sedona. Easy walk to town and restaurants, and a short drive to some amazing hikes. Only a little over two hours to the Grand Canyon, which was a bonus. The views from the deck are simply awesome! The host was so easy to communicate with, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this property.

Just a short walk from the busy commercial district, this home offers a quiet oasis with incredible vistas. We loved getting up in the morning to the view of the mountains. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the host communications were great, clear and friendly. Proximity to the Elote Cafe, where we had a fabulous dinner, was the icing on the cake!

The house is cozy with everything you'll need. Located just down the street from our favorite restaurant, Elote, was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay.
