Sedona Serendipity -- Unique and charming indoors and out, perfect location

If all VRBOs were like this it'd be great. Mary, the host, provided everything standard and far beyond. Anything you forgot will already be onsite and thought of. Beds were very comfortable and there were multiple relaxing outdoor sitting areas. The end of the stay and subsequent cleanup are what everyone hates, but here all you needed to do was run the dishwasher and take out the trash. The house is convenient to everything in the Sedona area. Communication amount was just right.

Mary had everything you could need and more.Locatiion was perfect for everything we needed!!

Our stay was extraordinary! I always use VRBO for wonderful stays but this house is my favorite ever as Mary literally has thought of everything! We all know the standards, but this rental came with 3 different sized coolers, walking sticks, fully stocked bathrooms from tampons to bandaids. Don't do your grocery shopping until you look through all the cabinets of spices, cooking/olive oils, sugar, etc.The house has THREE private side yards that are gorgeous, with seating included. One yard includes a toddler swing & playset.I cannot list all the features, plus it is on a quiet, shaded side street. Mary responds quickly to any questions. Love all the Sedona books & the parking/trail pass included. You will not be disappointed!

Mary's home is lovely. The decor is thoughtful and relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need. The beds and linens are comfortable and the towels are soft. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Mary.

I cannot say enough about this house. Not only was it clean and in a great location, but the owner thought of every little detail. Probably the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The location was better than we could’ve expected. And it was so relaxing from the beautiful backyard to the wonderful set up in the living room. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to make dinner. Great little coffee bar. And again she thought of so many different little details. Excellent stay and great host.

Mary was very communicative with tips about the area and answered questions in a timely manner. House was awesome and loved the personal touches. Highly recommend this VRBO

After a long day of travel, we were all smiles upon entering the gate and front door of Sedona Serendipity. This home is so warm and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to locate and near restaurants, shopping and adventures. The garden areas are completely private and we enjoyed views of the red rocks and hot air balloons during early our morning coffee, and by nighttime the sky is a stargazer's lottery win.Host Mary responded quickly to all inquiries. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. Many spices are provided as well as a coffee/tea station and paper products. We enjoyed cooking daily breakfasts and gathered for an al fresco dinner night of grilled steaks and chicken on the patio.Roomy den, comfortable beds. Bathrooms are stocked with nice towels, soaps and shower items, first aid products, hair dryer.This home was perfect for our visit to Sedona and to celebrate our baby brother's 60th Birthday.

Our second visit to Sedona Serendipity was just as good as our first! Location is excellent and the property is beautiful.

I think this is the nicest Vrbo property we’ve stayed at. It’s not super fancy or modern but it’s so cozy. There are many nice touches like labels on switches/windows/towels. There’s a thorough book selection including guidebooks. There’s a red rock pass to use while you’re there. Most of all there are two king beds and a queen - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus 4 outdoor spaces. It was perfect for our 3 adult/teen children and us to use as a starting point for our Utah national parks tour. It was 100 or more during the day but the ac kept it cool inside and the covered porch was comfortable to sit outside, even at 4 pm. We did a few hikes, took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and saw the artists market (wish we’d had more time there). Just taking a walk after dinner was so beautiful. If we return to Sedona, I hope this property is available!

Serendipity exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate, well maintained, and comfortably appointed. We enjoyed the three different outdoor spaces at different times of the day as well as sitting comfortably in the living room talking and sipping our wine and beer. We particularly appreciated how any questions or needs we might have had were anticipated and addressed in little notes posted around the house. It was the most smooth and seamless VRBO experience we have had.

Mary, our hostess, was highly responsive and went above and beyond to provide info we didn't know we needed to ask. Her place was a nice blend of modern with a rustic appeal. Totally comfortable. Loved the parking pass too!

What an amazing place to return to after busy days of exploring the wonderful Red Rock area! The peaceful sounds of bird song, gentle breezes and the fountain made it hard to want to leave the grounds at all! The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We were visited by neighborhood cats which made us smile, and we were excited to witness the javelina's passing through the property. Thank you!!!

The property was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed having lunch and dinner on the covered patio with a nice breeze even on 90 degree days!

Had a great stay at a wonderful property… Mary’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated and added to our comfort! Everyone in our group loved it!

The three bedroom apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We bought our food at the Whole Foods up the street and were able to find everything necessary in the kitchen to enjoy our meals. The outside space was very good and made for pleasant sitting when we were there in March.

Everything was as described and the home was so well equipped, this is why the property gets such great reviews. From spare toiletries to kitchen condiments, there is everything you could need and all labelled and signposted in the helpful guides. The host’s communication is great and helpful. Thanks for a brilliant stay and a brilliant week in Sedona.

This house was fantastic!! Grounds were beautiful !!Home very clean and a haven in this amazing town !!!

The property was better than advertised. The comfortable chairs (one was a recliner), and sofa were much appreciated, as were the good mattresses on the beds. Plenty of throws to use if we were chilly. The bathrooms were well stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. Save space in your suitcase, no need to bring toiletries. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal.The overall decor was lovely. The patio was a great spot to sit in either sun or shade. The owner was a phone call or text away to answer questions. I have stayed in many rentals. This one was a favorite.

Even though this property is in a small community, the host has done a wonderful job with making her guests feel peaceful and well-supplied with comforts. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

The house was wonderful! Everything we could possibly need was there. The hiking maps and guides were an added bonus.We felt more like guests than renters.
