As advertised - great views and very comfortable.

The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, and conditioner all provided. The house was very clean. Plenty of gathering spaces. The view is absolutely spectacular. Privacy/security shades on all of the large windows. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pillows high-quality. The linens and towels also high-quality. Extra sheets, blankets and towels also provided. The pool, hot tub fire pit area was well laid out.Highly recommend.

Overall great experience! clean, comfortable and would 100% use the house again. Not the most accomadating owner but otherwise no regrets.

What a beautiful property that has everything you need and so clean! It was central to everything we wanted to do and see and even had a parking pass to make seeing the sites easier. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sedona. The views from this property are BEYOND stunning!

Our sunrise, sunset, sisterhood in Sedona trip was amazing. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful except never got cleaned while we were there. Definitely would stay again if we come back! A full length mirror downstairs would be a great addition

We had the most amazing family vacation! Everyone did exactly what they wanted to! Some went hiking, some shopped, went to ghost tours in Jerome and some just relaxed by the pool. The property accommodations were comfortable for 3 families, a total of 9 people.

House is in a great location and nice views! The kitchen was well appointed, and the rental management company was attentive and responsive. This is a house designed as a rental. Beds were comfortable but the other furniture was less so. As we were an adult family with older pare

The unit was nice. Well appointed(but be prepared to purchase detergent, cleaning supplies if you think you will need them, they only give a limited number of trash bags, detergent pods). The location was good. Pretty view. Upon our departure the rental company charged us for damage we did not do and they would not respond to messages from us on the topic. There were things that were broken/not in great shape that didn’t impact our stay, so I didn’t complain or bring it up. Apparently they expected renters to perform a review of everything and notify them of things not in good order, otherwise they will assume it’s your fault and charge you

An absolutely stunning home that had all the home comforts you need for your stay. Comfortably fit 12 of us for a long weekend. We particularly appreciated the large kitchen and hot tub.

Fantastic view, even better than the online photos. Great house, super well-equipped and clean. Walk to town and close to trailheads. BBQ grill worked and was spotless (tried to leave it that way). Had a great week hiking with our two daughters. Would definitely go back.

The house was older than we realized from photos; kind of a strange layout. The view was fantastic!! It had everything we needed. Our bed/pillows were kinda lumpy. Black out shades were nice for sleeping.

We loved Sedona Radiance. The views were AMAZING. We were able to walk downtown and also walk around the neighborhood to see the most amazing red rock cliffs. What a perfect location! The house was clean and had all of the kitchen necessities you could ever want. It was a great weekend!

Pictures do not do this home justice. The views are incredible! Went for a girls trip. We felt very safe and secure. This house was super clean & very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was great to cool off in during during our stay in late July. The property was beautiful. The light in the laundry room was not working and the top level of the dishwasher, but other than that, it was perfect. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The house is perfec tfor exploring Sedona. It is a quick walk to Uptown so no worries about parking. Also a central location for tours and hikes. The property manager team is excellent, extremely responsive by email and worked with us on the requests we had. Definitely recommend.

Property was beautiful, well supplied, very clean. Except.....contacted I Love Sedona property manager twice about 1 closet that had 6 personal clothing items that were left. No one saw the items or knows what happened?? Expected better from employees for a property of this calibre. Disappointed in the respect. Yes, it was our fault in leaving the items, but expected more from this business.

House was clean and reasonably equipped. Pool and spa were nice after maintenance person came and got everything started.
