Loved the house and location was good. Thought the interior design was fabulous! Appreciated the kitchen appliances, great variety of them. The locals books were helpful and red rock pass was appreciated, unfortunately the pass was not accepted anywhere we went. Backyard was great, saw our 1st ever tarantula! Jacuzzi was not functioning properly, but appreciated the quick response from maintenance. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Sedona!

Everything about the house is fantastic- location, comfort, amenities, etc. The kitchen is well appointed, hot tub and outdoor living areas are perfect and the organization made everything easy. Definitely in the top 5 VRBOs I’ve stayed in over twenty years.

The house is modern, nice, peaceful, conveniently located and I would return here again!

Loved the property! Granddaughters rode their bikes around the neighborhood. We played corn hole and made dinner in the lovely kitchen.

We really enjoyed this home. It was furnished with comfortable and nice pieces, including the bedrooms. The outdoor space was great, and we used the hot tub every night to relax after a day’s hiking and exploring Sedona. The home was close to many restaurants and shops and we could walk through the beautiful neighborhood. My only suggestion for improvement, is to get a more updated drip coffee maker. We had a 4 person family so didn't find the Kurig useful, and the drip machine was rather old with no auto features.

The house was so lovely, clean, updated, and comfortable! Beautiful outdoor area and so much space inside! Highly recommend! The hot tub did not work well for us which was a bummer, but I would still stay here again, no doubt!

This home was absolutely amazing. Stayed 2 days. The home has EVERYTHING a family could want and need on vacation. The Lizard Lounge in the backyard was the icing on the cake. Plan on staying here again in the near future.

Such a lovely home. The beds are comfortable, the home is nicely furnished, & the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The hot tub was nice & hot!

Our family ( 4 adults, 2 kids and dog) had a wonderful stay at the Hummingbird house. The home was beautifully appointed, clean and all as advertised. We enjoyed the backyard hottub and adorable bar shed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This was a great home base as we did a day trip up to Flagstaff, and hiking in Sedona. This was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday weekend! I hope we can return again!

The title of my review says it all. Hummingbird house was a nice home away from home vacation for us. The property was clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you could need to settle in comfortably. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of dog hair on the furniture and even blankets and towels. We knew that this property accommodated pets so we weren’t surprised, but at the same time we didn’t expect it to be so abundant. I will say, however, our daughter has a ton of allergies including dog, and she had minimal reaction to the presence of pet hair. Which leads me to believe that the home was thoroughly clean (pet hair is just difficult to get rid of sometimes) and the property manager likely considers each pet request carefully before approving which I appreciate. We have no problems staying again in the future because everything else about the home, amenities, and location was amazing! Also, be mindful of wildlife. We saw a cougar in the backyard, which was thrilling but also terrifying!

The house was clean and free of smells further people that have allergies and asthma. It allowed for a very nice stay.

Location was super for hitting trailheads. Very clean! Accommodations were great - beds were comfy. Good instructions for how to use everything. We loved it!

The place was very centrally located to grocery store, restaurants, and hiking trails. It was so nice to bbq in the back yard and relax in the jacuzzi after hiking. We had our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Everyone had thier own space, it was great. We will be coming back.
