Sedona Gecko Retreat: Luxurious 4BR home with red rock views and private pool.

The house was amazing. It was stocked with all the necessities you would need. I wife loved the attention to detail in all the folded towels. We all loved the pool and hot tub.

Great property and location. 6 women stayed for a birthday celebration. Days of hiking, shopping or touring with afternoons back at the house chilling at the pool with drinks and evenings in the hot tub.

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Close to well equipped grocery store, great bakery, and restaurants. We hiked daily (early/7am) and got to all trailheads within 15-25 minutes. Having the Red Rock pass was a fantastic perk! The trail books provided were also super helpful. The pool was very refreshing in the hot afternoons and hot tub was great for star gazing and early mornings! The daily temps got up to 100 - we did not heat the pool and it was lovely (a little cold upon entry, but felt great!). The house was very clean, offered lots of space, and had a well stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out was also a breeze. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of many trails and hikes and close to Sedona as well nice interior and exterior amenities are also included such as pool and hot tub and grill and ample seating both inside and out

Beautiful property and great location. Quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and grocery. Pool was huge and the hot tub worked perfectly. Only thing missing was one kitchen spatula which made flipping eggs a challenge. That was the only thing missing from this house! Highly recommend for large families or fun quiet groups.

Overall the property inside is beautiful and well furnished. Outside is beautiful except there are NO outdoor lights. So don’t heat the pool bc you can’t really use it once it’s dark!1. The bed was not converted to a king which I requested and was charged for. I called to inform them however when they came to convert it after we had arrived someone came in without notification or knocking. We all felt extremely violated that a staff person would let themselves into the property without being let in or without notification. We were a group of women that was very disconcerting!3. There was no laundry detergent! When you book a house with laundry you expect that since they said it would be there. 4. The pool cover was broken so the pool wasn’t as warm after day 1, 100 is tough to lose.

Beautiful and clean house in a wonderful neighborhood. Lots of hiking and a beautiful golf course nearby. Bonus that they gave us a pass for parking to hike the nearby trails The kids had a great time in the pool.

Stay was good. Just tell guests that the pool heater doesnt work. Dont just take the 100 per day. On top of that pool cleaners came on new years eve afternoon and drained the hot tub... that was ridiculous. We waited and waited for it to heat up.Mouse poop found on the pull out bed.

We had a fabulous time at the gecko retreat! The house is set up perfectly for families. Lots of room and open space. Hot tub was a favorite but the pool was also popular!! Great blow up toys for pool use. The ping pong table was an added bonus. We’ll be back for sure!

My now husband and I stayed here while we eloped in Sedona. It was very relaxing with many amenties that we wanted. Although, there are always cons to the pros. As a professional cleaner, the grout joints and base boards need a deep clean and scrub, along with the walls around the toilets.

Kitchen well stocked , nice private yard, spacious for a party of 8, and loved the location.

Our stay was wonderful, it was seven of us, the number of rooms and bathrooms worked perfect. I highly recommend this house everything exceeded our expectations. We created memories that are going to last a life time. Thank you for the perfect accommodations.

This has been a yearly golf trip that we’ve been going on for over 25 years, and this is definitely one of the nicest homes and well kept homes we’ve had. It’s convenient to the golf courses and all the sights including downtown Sedona and we’re already booked it for next year.

What an incredible property. Super clean, so much space, pool was perfect for such hot weather. The property had just about every single utensil and kitchen item you’d ever need. We will definitely be back! The only thing that we may have wanted to change is being a bit closer to the downtown area. This property is located about 25-30 minutes of most activities in Sedona. But the benefit of that is it was quieter! The other thing is the property photos shows some type of shading or pergola by the pool. That was not on the property and the shaded area is a must for the hot outdoor stone tiles! Other than that, we loved loved loved this place!

This property is fantastic! It's beautiful well maintained and very clean. Check in and check out process was so easy. Everything was perfect for our girls trip!
