Perfect house for our family of ten. We would stay there again.

Highly recommend this property. We were 8 adults 3 children and the bedroom configuration worked perfectly. The pool, fire pit, putting green, hot tub and gaming area were great for kids and adults alike. Kitchen is very well equipped and two dining areas were appreciated. Main living area big enough for everyone to gather. The outdoor areas have spectacular views. The owner was incredibly responsive with any questions. We travel frequently as a family and this was probably our favorite rental house ever. Clearly very well maintained.

Beautiful home. Nicely situated in town to access all that Sedona has to offer. Was the perfect setting for a college reunion. Great entertainment space that facilitated social gatherings and reconnecting with friends.

Our first trip to Sedona and it did not dissappoint! Mike's place was as advirtised- clean, accomodating, great location and super relaxing & fun. We especially loved our mornings there, sipping coffee and gazing at the beautiful valley view of the several mountain rock formations and rolling dessert hills!

Exactly as advertised and more ! The kitchen was equipped enough to cook for our family of 10. Perfect for our children and grandchildren too with lots of classic arcade games and so much more. Many bedrooms to choose from to accommodate families of all sizes. The remoteness was so peaceful. Love this place and only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this special home.

Our family met up in Sedona after a few of us hiked Havasupai at this amazing VRBO rental for 4 nights. This house was absolutely perfect as far as plenty of room, amenities, distance to groceries stores, restaurants, etc. The house was private but had multiple outdoor spaces of which we utilized all of them. It was clean and extremely well stocked with newer appliances and updated cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the beds were all super comfortable and clean. The first couple days of our stay were extremely hot with close to triple digit temps and the house always cooled down quickly and efficiently. Return responses with the owner via VRBO app was super quick. It was our family’s favorite house rental to date and we will be back again!

Great weather with breathtaking views.

My family and I stayed here before and after our Grand Canyon private tour. The views from the house are amazing and hanging out in the hot tub on the roof deck and watching the stars was super cool.

Our family group of 14 rented this beautiful home for my 50th birthday weekend. We had a wonderful time, the home completely exceeded our expectations and Mike was an exceptional host and extremely helpful and responsive. Can't wait to stay again!

2nd time staying here. Love the property. Plan on visiting many times in the future.

Super pretty property in a great location

Plenty of space to have a business retreat. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very large dinning and kitchen area. TVs we were able to cast to from our mobile devices so each of us could present. House is huge with plenty of spaces to find alone time as well as community time. Hot tub on the roof was key.

Beautiful home! Only issue is the primary shower- the tiles were slippery when wet. Other than that, it was a very well appointed home.

Everything about this property is perfect, an ideal spot for a group of girlfriends for a 40th bday. Will be back!

This is an absolutely exceptional property! We spent the weekend here with friends (just a little getaway) and from the time we walked in to the time we checked out, we loved our stay. Very clean, gorgeous views, and every guest (total of 8 adults) had their own bathroom and bedroom with a view. This may be our go-to property for spending a nice weekend in Sedona, it's close to everything and there was plenty of space for all. Extra treat on the observation deck with a ready and waiting hot tub! We'll definitely book here again! Mike is an awesome host, thank you for letting us spend time in your lovely home - it felt like a resort!

Very modern home that is comfortable and centrally located to the downtown area. There are some great areas on the property: hammocks, putting green, fire pit, balcony, and my favorite: the hot tub on the roof beneath the stars. Communication was easy with the owner too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The property was absolutely breathtaking and clean. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and truly enjoyed our time there. The check in process was easy and our host Matt provided everything we needed. He was very responsive though we didn't need to reach out much since he gaves us thorough instructions as well as a binder for reference. We spent as much time enjoying the property as we did exploring Sedona. We would definitely book again!

The pictures do not do this home justice. We fell in love with the views and ALL the home had to offer. Even a lightning show was a surprise on the last night. The area the home is located is perfect too. The host was great to communicate with. We will return!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona! The house was perfect. It had everything you could want/need. We had kids ranging from 11-17 and they all had a great time. The house was in a great location and some of us braved the heat and went for morning runs and walks! Would love to stay again!
