Guests can enjoy the wet and dry saunas, cold plunge, outdoor gathering spaces, and gameroom, or simply take in the surrounding desert views. The home spans two levels and includes a main residence and a separate guest house, together accommodating up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with 5,100 square feet of living space. Ideal for families and groups, the layout offers multiple areas to gather or spread out, including two living rooms, a private game room, a wellness-focused guest house, and an upper-level kitchen with both casual and formal dining. The overall feel is comfortable and inviting, with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support both relaxation and social time.

Pool: The Sedona Community Pool is located at Posse Grounds Park (525 Posse Ground Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336). The outdoor pool is typically open seasonally during the warmer months (generally Memorial Day through Labor Day). Guests can purchase day passes directly through the City of Sedona. Hours and schedules may vary.

Pickleball & Recreation: Posse Grounds Park features pickleball and tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, a skate park, playground, dog park, and open recreation areas. The park is a short drive from most West Sedona homes and is open daily from early morning through evening hours.
