Sedona Adobe Cottage, Hot Tub, Red Rock Views, Fireplace, Private Balcony

This property was amazing. It highly exceeded our expectations. It had every amenity to make it feel like home. It was SO clean - everything was meticulous. The house cleaner does an awesome job and the owner did an equally wonderful job of thinking through everything. The views off the back porch and deck are breath taking. We'd love to come back and stay longer. The only issue we had was that our stay was too short!

Sedona had a storm with rain, thunder & lightening. The rain caused a leak in the bedroom ceiling soaking an area of the carpet. My special needs daughter was staying in that bedroom which had a door leading out to the back yard. We had to move her into the other bedroom which her brother was in, due to the leaking ceiling. There was also a black widow nest in the outside furniture next to the hot tub, and if that wasn’t enough, when my husband went out onto one of the levels off from the master bedroom to see what was causing the leak, he found a metal chair facing the master bathroom windows, that someone had been using to stand on to look in the bathroom windows!!! We paid over $1700.00 for 4 nights, Sunday - Thursday, but after finding the chair outside the master bathroom, left Wednesday morning. Will NEVER go back there again! You also have to sign paperwork that you won’t get a refund of any kind, no matter what, and cannot take them to court for anything! Definitely NOT worth the money spent!! Our advice......STAY AT A HOTEL!!!!

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a great location. We enjoyed watching the full moon rise from the 2nd floor balcony and hot tubbing after a day of hiking. We would stay here again.

I manage vacation rentals in Scottsdale Arizona and I'm very intentional about the looks and gas experiences. Our place was very well thought out and everything worked. Having multiple fireplaces TVs in each room, Bluetooth hook up for radio sound bar for TV. Everything was done very well and professional. It was cozy and we had a great time.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. It is well located, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely view from the backyard. The house is well appointed - guests can tell an effort was made to anticipate every need! We would definitely stay at this property again (hopefully soon)! Property management provided prompt responses to a couple of pre-check in questions; the reservation and check in / out processes were easy and straightforward.

The property was conveniently located. Lots of room - master bedroom/closet/bathroom was oversized and very comfortable. Property was very clean. We would stay here again.

This property made this trip unforgettable.The sunsets off the patio, the hot tub for sore muscles after hiking, and the large, well equipped kitchen that made it easy to made breakfast just to name of the few things that were great . We were traveling with a wheel chair. This property had first floor living and no stairs. The patio had fantastic amenities most of all the view. Great deal for a great price!
