Located on Wyoming Avenue there is a driveway and plenty of wide street parking!
With Walgreen, Sundaze Ice Cream, and plenty of dining within walking distance, it’s really a great find.
Not to mention you are a short Uber ride, bike ride, or drive away from AC and Margates night life, more dining and Lucy the elephant!
This house is comfortable for 12 guests.> You walk up to a large and newly built front porch. Enter into a cozy family room that leads you to the open dining and kitchen area. The kitchen leads you to a small office space and half bath. Short steps away from a laundry area, back family/game room, mudroom and the back patio area.
The second floor has the 4 bedrooms.
