Second Spring Property - 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury home in the heart of Ashland

Home is in an ideal location, close to the theaters, restaurants, shops, yet it is quiet and has a lovely backyard which was ideal for morning coffee or evening reading. Bed/bath rooms are spacious. Great showers, closets and linens. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking. Convenient off-road parking. We'd definitely go back and recommend to friends.

The PERFECT place for our visit. We enjoyed the space and all of the thoughtfulness that went into it…the air purifier, the filtered water throughout, the oh-so-soft towels, the Nespresso machines. (I could go on but these were our favs.) The backyard looked inviting but between the weather and our other outings, we didn’t have a chance to really take advantage of it. We contracted for both units and the 3 bedroom spaces and 2 bathrooms worked out well. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the OSF venues. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and well-located, this is a perfect place to stay when visiting Ashland and OSF!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in mid-August. We were two couples traveling together so the set up of the front rental and back rental was perfect to give us a really nice common area and private bedroom/bathroom areas. The location of the house is perfect for exploring downtown and the OSF and a quick drive to wineries, restaurants outside the downtown area, etc. The location could not have been better. The house was really nicely decorated, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Communication was sparse and sometime went unacknowledged, but we had absolutely no issues at all during our stay that needed to be addressed.It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it to others!

This was the perfect place to stay in Ashland. It was close to everything so we walked to the theatres, shops, and restaurants. Very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. We loved the relaxing backyard oasis and front porch area where you can read a book and just relax. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautifully maintained and comfortable for our family. The back yard is gorgeous and a real treat. There was a slight chance of smoke from a nearby fire, and the owner dropped by some air purifiers for us in case we needed them. We did not, but we so appreciated his concern for our comfort.

The outside picture of the house does not give it justice. This is an immaculant house which is beutifully decorated. The outside porch and backyard sitting area is very relaxing. It has all the amenities that you would need and accomodates a large family. Strongly recommend this place.

The house was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Perfect location - I parked in the provided space and didn't drive again until I left - we could walk everywhere. Very nice sheets and towels.Only suggestion would be to re-write the directions - they were confusing. Much easier to use GPS.Thank you !

I booked this place to be a neutral place for family to gather during the weekend of my dad’s memorial. It was perfect! Beautiful property. I just wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the lovely outside spaces too! Thank you so much.

Beautiful setting and short walk to everything. Attention to every little detail inside the home. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Lovely outside spaces. We will definitely stay here everytime we come to Ashland.

The front porch and backyard was so enjoyable to sit and visit with a glass of wine. The house is perfect! We had a great stay and you are in walking distance to downtown.

The house is comfortable, just what we needed for our family. It's close to everything we did in Ashland. Best of all is the garden, a lovely and restorative space to read, play games and chat with family and friends.

We came to town for a play. The location is great and close to downtown so you can walk to the restaurants and bars and theaters. House was clean and comfy.

Exceeded our expectations! The house is perfect and the landscaping in the back is amazing
