POOL ACCESS: The Rookery community pool is six doors away and offers poolside furnishings, lakefront sundeck, and restroom facilities. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Cross Retreat Beach Circle located behind the house and walk directly to the resort’s oceanfront common area sundecks for beach access. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast.
