Very nice property!

The property looks old. It is at corner and we heard the traffic at night. If one person makes phone call at night, the whole house can hear. No sound proof at all.

Location is outstanding, you can walk everywhere if desired and it’s on a quiet street. We loved morning coffee on the front patio and the hot tub as well!

Cool home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Main but not too close. Would recommend.

We had a great Christmas in Fredericksburg. The house is the same as the picture. Loved the location. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. The communication with Gastehaus was perfect. We enjoyed this house so much and we will be back again. Thanks for everything!

The house was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and everything seemed in working order. Since there was only two of us, we didn't use the upstairs area. We walked to shops and restaurants, which was nice because parking can be a problem in town. I had a couple questions before our stay and host answered very quickly. The driveway is rather narrow so a full-sized truck may have problems, but the street is wide and parking in front is not a problem. The hot tub was a good size for 2 people but 4 might find it a tight fit. We didn't use the fire pit or grill, but the backyard was nice sized. I would stay there again.

Overall great location, loved the hot tub and fenced in yard. Nice touch was the little snack basket and waters/soda in the fridge. If I would recommend one thing it would be to give us access to the washer and dryer as we had two kids and it rained causing us to get socked and couldn't dry our clothes anywhere

We had a wonderful weekend in Fredericksburg. The house was just as pictured. The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the WiFi during our stay and the property management responded quickly and the problem was resolved within minutes. We would return!

The green house was perfect for sisters weekend. Bonus to have hot tub. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The local info books were nice addition

This was my 4th time staying in the home and will be back in May for another weekend! We missed the 2nd bed upstairs, wished it was still there. Also, the iron downstairs does not work!

If you really want to have experience Fredericksburg and it’s amazing vibe, this is the home for you!!! Home was very charming, convenient, clean and in a great location. Instructions were simple and you feel right at home the moment you arrive. We would definitely comeback!!

We've stayed at this property before, so being a repeat customer says it all! The cottage is clean and well presented and exactly as advertised. My favorite thing about this property is the combining of old and new and of course the the location - walking distance to main street. We'll stay again during our next winery trip to Fredericksburg Texas.

My wife and I planned a short stay in Fredericksburg. Our 12-year son was with us. The home was in a great location that offered just a short walk to the main street. The layout worked out perfectly for us with one bedroom downstairs and the second bedroom/loft being upstairs with a dedicated bathroom. The home included everything we needed. The hot tub on the back porch was nice to have. Only feedback is that I'd probably recommend the heat setting to be 100 or 101. It was 104 when we got it and took a while to cool down. Overall, the home was perfect for what we needed.
