Secluded Oakland Gem w/ Hot Tub: Dogs Welcome!

This is our third time renting this home. It is a gem nestled in private woods. Perfect for a weekend away with easy access to numerous hiking trails. The large field next to the house is awesome for soccer or yard games to let the kids play and dogs run in between hiking excursions. The home is well maintained and a fully stocked kitchen which is very much appreciated making it simple to cook for a larger group. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

I have been here many times, the recent improvements make it even better…the host was quick to respond to any issues I had, and the place is so lovely and welcoming. I’m so grateful that there are so many thoughtful items to keep from having to bring so much….thank you kelly!

This was our second time at this property and we will book it again and again. The home is clean. The owners have thought of everything and even left a welcome bag! There are beautiful trails around the property and plenty of space for our kids to run and play games. It is very dog friendly, and although we did not bring our dog this time, we plan to bring him on future visits. My family loves this home and we cant wait to visit again!.

Luxury abd solitude made to order.

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Secluded and wonderfully quiet but not far from things to do. We loved the on site trails and there was plenty of room for our dogs to run and play. The house was well stocked with everything you might need. We would have rented the week between Christmas and New Year’s if it wasn’t already booked. We will definitely be back!

This house is nestled back a mile long gravel driveway that abuts state forest, so highly recommend to anyone looking for a secluded get away. There is a large clearing behind the house that brought deer through just about every morning and evening. Dense forest with exceptional foliage this year, surrounding the entire house. The house was extremely clean and cozy. Quick drive (5 min.) to Herrington Manor State Park and Swallow Falls State Park-a must visit.

Fantastic property with unbelievable privacy. Definitely a dog lovers home with orange vest for their protection in the woods. Great paths that lead to the river that are not on AllTrails. A drawing of the network of trails would be nice.

Everything about this place is amazing. Already planning our next visit. Has everything you’ll need. So nice that’s it’s also pet friendly. Plans were to go to WV for a festival, but due to vertigo we stayed right here. It was such a nice place to sit back and do absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic time enjoying this property. The house is secluded with a giant yard, hot tub and fire pit. Try be house was clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again
