Other Things to Note:

Important Notes for Your Stay

In the winter months, the roads are moderate to access and 4x4 would be ideal. Parking up the slope may not be recommended in the winter time.

WiFi & Connectivity:

Due to the secluded mountain location, WiFi speeds may be slower than in urban areas. While streaming platforms are accessible, please allow extra time for loading. We recommend downloading movies, shows, or work files in advance if needed.

Theater Room Entertainment:

Enjoy a true cinematic experience in the private home theater, equipped with a Blu-ray player and a collection of 50+ DVDs for endless movie nights!

Well Water Quality:

Our home uses local well water, which is tested regularly and completely safe to drink. Due to its natural minerals, you may notice a slight odor—this is normal for well water in the area and does not affect quality.

Thank you for choosing our Smoky Mountain retreat! We want to ensure you have an amazing stay—please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Korin was great at communicating and making accomodations for us! The house was beautiful and spacious but be cautious if it's snowing because I could see those winding narrow roads being an issue. Overall, we had a great stay. Its not too far from the strip but far enough away that it was peaceful...

The home was beautiful, true to pictures. The host was so kind and very communicative; took care of any issues we had immediately. We were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected attention to detail-there were so many staples/supplies provided that we didn't know we needed to make the best of our time together. It is evident the host has gone to great lengths to make the rental feel like a real home. The amenities were amazing, our teens had a blast and never complained once of boredom. It is worth noting the drive up can be really scary of you haven't driven up winding steep mountain roads. The driveway is also pretty steep which the host noted in the description, but it is worth confirming. The home is also 3 stories so if any guests have problems with stairs they should be aware. The neighbor is also very close to the home if anyone was hoping for real seclusion, but there were no issues/excessive noise from them. The home also seems like a new build-strong lumber smell if allergies are an issue. Movement primarily and some sound carries throughout the house (not excessively so) if there are light sleepers as well.Overall fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Korin was such a great host! The cabin was beautiful and cozy with easy access from the road. There was a binder on the counter with local favorite restaurants which was awesome! Just a 30 minute drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The movie theater and game room were set up very nice for entertainment. My husband and I celebrated our 18th anniversary and couldn't have picked a vetter cabin for our vacation. Looking forward to booking with them again! Korin also door dashed us a delicious sweet treat towards the middle of our stay. That was the nicest thing we've experienced on our many vacations. Thank you so much!

The property was exactly as described. Check in was a breeze and host gave us full instructions for entry, hot tub, wifi, etc. The host was very responsive and.quick to solve an issue and even gave us recommendations for places to take our dog. The location is close to all attractions while still being in the mountains. I would recommend arriving in yhe daylight though. It is dark at night on the small mountain roads.

First let me say this is a very nice home. It is in a fairly secluded area where there are some other nice vacation rentals and some not so nice permanent resident homes. Very quiet and peaceful. However we were disappointed by some lack of attention to details. Foosball table had no foosball’s. One of the pool table pockets was broken. No kitchen towels or dishcloths. Hot tub was dirty and had a foul odor. Outdoor furniture cushions were dirty and some wet. The shower curtains were stained and had mildew obviously needing changed. The downstairs bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned as there was a chunk of pretzel on floor and other debris. Each bathroom only had 2 washcloths and no extras. We notified Korin of these issues and I want to say she was very apologetic and assured us these weren’t their standards. She actually called to apologize and had the home manager come over right away to address some of the issues. The home manager did install new shower curtains, brought kitchen towels and dishcloths, provided extra washcloths, and did clean the hot tub (however did not seem to be able to get rid of the smell). They did not bring any foosball’s (we ended up buying our own), fix the pocket on the pool table, or do anything about the dirty outdoor furniture cushions. Again I want to say Korin was very kind and professional in communicating with us and even refunded the cleaning fee. Loved the home, maybe get new home manager/cleaner?

Our family loved staying here. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was off the Beaton path. It was 30 mins away from Gaitlinburg or pigeon forge. It was very spacious and clean on the inside. The kids loved the game room and theater room. Overall I would give this stay a 10.

We stayed for 5 days and had an awesome experience! The communication was quick and the home was at least as good as the pictures if not better. Everything worked as it should. My kids stayed entertained for hours shooting pool and enjoying the hot tub. It was a very stress relieving get away. Thank you very much to Korin and the crew!

We had a wonderful but short stay at this home. The house itself was spotless and had all the comforts of home and then some. The house was impeccably decorated and had some amazing feature for us and our teenagers; including a game room with pool, a movie room & a great fire pit and hot tub. I can't imagine the trip to this house is easy in bad weather, as it's windy and hilly, also the neighbors leave much to be desired (I got chased by dogs on my run), but that is not the fault of the owners. Would highly recommend this amazing option for Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge & even UTK. Our travels to campus were easy. We cooked, watched some March madness on the plethora of TVs, had a bonfire, sat in the hot tub, had hot showers every time, drank lots of coffee and had tons of great family time. We loved being in a quiet place that was very beautiful both during the day & at night. The owners were communicative and helpful. Thanks a ton! Hoping my son goes to UTK in the fall, so we will definitely book again!
