The driveway fits 3 cars comfortably (up to 9 if parking up the slope). Roads are paved and gently sloped—mountain access with ease.

For the best experience, we highly recommend a car when visiting our Sevierville mountain retreat. The home is nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting along a scenic, winding road, providing a true Smoky Mountain escape while still being conveniently located near top attractions.



Driving Distance to Popular Destinations:

✔ Great Smoky Mountains National Park – 30 mins (Hiking, scenic drives, waterfalls)

✔ Dollywood & Pigeon Forge – 20 mins (Theme parks, dinner shows, shopping)

✔ Downtown Gatlinburg – 30 mins (Local dining, breweries, and attractions)

✔ Wears Valley & Cades Cove – 40 mins (Historic sites & wildlife viewing)



️ Parking: Ample driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles.



⛰️ Mountain Roads: The road leading to the cabin is winding but well-paved. 4WD is not required, but it’s always recommended during winter months for added safety.



With a car, you'll enjoy easy access to all the best attractions while still being able to retreat to a peaceful and private getaway in the Smoky Mountains!



Other Things to Note:

Important Notes for Your Stay



In the winter months, the roads are moderate to access and 4x4 would be ideal. Parking up the slope may not be recommended in the winter time.



WiFi & Connectivity:

Due to the secluded mountain location, WiFi speeds may be slower than in urban areas. While streaming platforms are accessible, please allow extra time for loading. We recommend downloading movies, shows, or work files in advance if needed.



Theater Room Entertainment:

Enjoy a true cinematic experience in the private home theater, equipped with a Blu-ray player and a collection of 50+ DVDs for endless movie nights!



Well Water Quality:

Our home uses local well water, which is tested regularly and completely safe to drink. Due to its natural minerals, you may notice a slight odor—this is normal for well water in the area and does not affect quality.

Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.
