Secluded in the City! New remodeled 2 bedroom near Berkeley Lake, pet friendly.

We loved our stay here! It is very roomy and also has a very homey feel to it. The couch in the living room is very comfortable. I really appreciated that this host had plenty of cookware, utensils, and also spices to use in the kitchen! The bathroom is pretty small, but is well stocked with shampoo's conditioners, and the linen closet is filled with towels! Location was great only 20 minutes from Golden, 10-15 minutes from downtown and five minutes away from charming LoHi area! Will stay again for sure!

We enjoyed the house, the kid’s loved to learn how to play pool. It was a great stay and we enjoyed our Colorado Christmas!

Awesome spot in a great area! No real problems at all. Sleeping situation wasn’t the best for five grown men but we made it work just fine. Would stay again!

Check was very quick and easy. Cute little house. My favourite thing is the kitchen is stocked with all kinds of dishes you may need, as well as different spices which is nice when your are cooking. It was perfectly located for our purposes. Lance answered almost immediately when we had a question which was greatly appreciated

The property was just perfect for our 5 day stay. I was competing at the Barbershop Harmony Society's annual international competition downstown Bellco Theater. We were only 12 mins to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would atay there again!

Family and I visited Colorado for the first time. Went to a Rockies game and the Metallica concert. Great central location. Would recommend.

We had a great time staying here for my son’s 25th golden birthday. The inside was roomy, but the cleaning job was not great. We found food under the bed that wasn’t cleaned up from the previous booking. The living room wasn’t vacuumed. The outside was spacious, however needs some TLC. Over all great location!

We recently booked this property for a week in Denver for our family and had a great stay! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, house was well stocked with everything one would need and the kids loved the board games, table tennis and especially the Pac-Man arcade game! The location is fantastic as you have easy access to I-70, the Highland area restaurants and shops, parks and playgrounds, and downtown is close by. It's also on a cul-de-sac and super quiet with almost no through traffic. The decor and layout is cozy and you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great stay well equipped.

This house is very cozy for a 2 BR set up. It is clean with some good space to hang out in. There is everything you need to cook and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

House had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Denver. Communication from hosts was great with quick responses to questions. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, we were able to easily do laundry throughout the week, our kids had games to play while we were at the house, A/C worked well (bonus, since it was over 90 degrees the whole time). The only thing we wished we had had was a fan in the bathroom--it got pretty hot in there during showers, and I would've liked to have had something to suck the stink out after my husband spent time in there... :P

POSITIVES A great location at the end of a dead-end street. It is very quiet and appears safe. Lots of parking for guests and it is close to shopping although not walking distance close. It includes a large, 65”, TV streaming Roku. Internet: 300Mbps download, 23.6Mbps upload. We were here the month of July, 2024 when the outside temperatures were in the high-90s and the AC fully up to the task. Carport: This is a bonus seldom available on rentals-- particularly since Denver is subject to occasional hail storms. NEGATIVES Bathroom: It is small and the vent fan needs replacing.

Everything was as expected! Very clean very nice neighborhood. everything we did over the weekend was within 15 mintues. Highly recommend!? our kids had fun.
