In warm weather, walk to the popular Bayview Trail, the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail, and the Homestead golf course's first tee. In the winter, this course transforms into groomed, cross-country trails, so don't forget your skis! This property is also conveniently close to several other attractions including the community's beach access, complimentary tennis and pickleball courts, the Village at the Homestead for shopping and dining, the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, and the Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse, all within a few miles of your door. Back home, whip up your favorite recipes in one of three well-equipped, full kitchens. Dine at the many tables - perfect for rainy day board games - and then settle into the living areas for afternoon reads, socializing, or movie nights.
