The cottage has a large, combined living / dining room with direct access to the house's conservatory and terrace. The living room is also equipped with i.a. TV, DVD player, radio, PlayStation3 and a digital satellite dish. Furthermore, free wireless internet is installed throughout the house. The kitchen department is richly equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house is located on a 1323 m2 large natural plot approx. only 700 m from Ristinge Strand. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
