Stayed Oct 3, 2025House was clean, yard was super cute with the creek running through, had no issues during our stay. Water pressure was a little low but manageable.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Neat location outside the town of Homer gave us plenty of time to see wildlife driving to and from the property into Homer and around the local area.Not too far away, but just enough to feel a little remote.Set up of the house was good with the two bedrooms and sleeping area in the living room for our teen.Appreciate the eye masks for the midnight sun and the laundry facility was perfect to refresh before we continued our 10-day Alaska adventure.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024It was a nice stay except the downstairs neighbors were drunk and loud at all hours. To the point I didn't feel safe there as a woman.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Easily one of the best equipped properties we have stayed at. Plenty of linens, bathroom supplies, dishes, fresh coffee...etc. Fantastic location. We had 3 of the properties over a long weekend and never ran out of anything. We will schedule our next trip around these properties availability. Thanks!

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Clean property in a quiet location that is a bit off the beaten path. Can't speak highly of the furniture that seems to have been selected for the look and not the comfort of their guests. Beds were comfortable enough.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The rental was just as described in the listing. Comfortable and only 15 minutes by car from the Spit. The local moose visited most days and the views of the mountain tops was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and heater worked well in chilly April. Thanks for the games in the kitchen cubbard, we had fun playing them a night.
