1. There is a studio apartment above the garage that has a long-term tenant. Please do not disturb the tenant; the tenant will not disturb your vacation.

2. The local caretaker is available for issues or questions.

4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules are met.
