Stayed Sep 10, 2024We had an amazing stay at the holiday home in Jerup! The proximity to the beach was a highlight for us, just a short walk down the pathway, The view of the sand dunes from the terrace was a lovely bonus, Perfect for our family of six!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Überprüfen sie unbedingt die Funktionsfähigkeit der Santiäranlagen zu Beginn ihrer Anreise. Wegen Fehlinformationen und einem schwachen Service durften wir drei Wochen unter den katastrophalen Bedingungen der Sanitäranlage leiden. Ein Entgegenkommen und wirkliches Verständnis wurde uns gegenüber von Seiten des DanCenters und dem Hauseigentümer nicht entgegengebracht. / Zudem war der Strand bzw. das Baden in der See nicht möglich, weil es im Gebiet massive Probleme mit Escherichia coli gibt (Stand Sep. 2018). Auch hier gab es von keiner Seite des DanCenters Hinweise weder vorher noch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Dafür hat das DanCenter sich den vollen Preis für die Unterkunft zahlen lassen plus die Endreinigung. Letztere Kosten stehen auch in einem zwiespältigen Verhältnis. Warum werden sie aus der Hausordungsmappe vor Ort selbst entnehmen können. Bei Vertragsabschluss der Endreinungung wird erwähnt, was alles nicht zur Endreinigung gehört. / / Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gut, wenn alles funktioniert! Gut einige der Bettmatratzen müssten auf jeden Fall getauscht werden. Es ist abstossend, zu wissen, auf derartig verunreinigten Matratzen nächtigen zu müssen.
