Secluded 5 acre getaway heated inground pool 6 person hot tub

Great host! Property is better than advertised. We we definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the patio and pool.

We stayed in this secluded 5-acre getaway - 4 adults and one 3 year old. The place is in a great location, close to the center of Oberlin as well as North Ridgeville. Plenty of nice breakfast places in Oberlin. The house has a large, open family/living area which is perfectly suited for children and family conversation. Plenty of space for everyone. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive - very easy to work with. Would stay in this location again.

A clean, pleasant house with good indoor and outdoor spaces for hanging out with friends.

Great place to stay. Lots of space inside and huge private outdoor area. Grandkids had a blast in the pool. Hope to return on our next visit to Oberlin.

Wonderful stay!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Very private and lots of rooms for our children to play. The pool is awesome and well maintained.

Fantastic property, easy check in, great communication!

Check in to the property was pretty easy and host responds pretty quickly to messages. We chose to stay at this house because of the pool and we were in it almost everyday. The living room is also very nice with a big tv and we had enough bedroom for everyone. There is also a nice big yard to give you privacy. Our only complaints about the property is that the kitchen was not as stocked as we were expecting like having enough bowls for everyone or certain cooking utensils. There also isn’t really any shade around the pool but I was informed that the umbrella had broke recently in a storm. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed it a lot but there are some loose bricks surrounding the pool. Overall everyone had a great time and we would definitely stay at this house again.

The house and property were wonderful! The kids loved the pool and yard and there was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. House and pool/hot tub were very clean. The listing was very accurate. We will recommend it to others we know and will likely be back again soon!

We stayed for a girls trip weekend, very large living room, nice updated bathrooms!We had a relaxing stay. It snowed during our visit, and with all the windows and scenery- we joked that it felt like a snow globe! So fun! Thanks for sharing your home!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Steve was easy to communicate with prior to the stay. The only negative comments I can make are the kitchen can use a few other pieces of dishes and a cutting board. The cleanliness of the house needed some attention. Unfortunately that left a bad impression on us.

Our family from Washington and California traveled out to Oberlin for our nephew/son’s recital at Oberlin. This house was great! Very close to the college and so easy get to not only enjoy the recital but also to pop over to visit when his schedule allowed. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We all said we could picture staying here when it was warmer, enjoying the fire pit and hanging out around the pool. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The large kitchen was the central hub when we were there but everyone also had their own spaces as needed. The house itself is a little bit older but has been remodeled in the bathrooms and kitchen in ways that make it both comfortable but also like going to stay at a home that has been in the family and that still has its own personality. I would definitely recommend this house and very responsive host. We talked about maybe booking it again for graduation next year and it is already reserved so you know it is a great find!

We booked the house for a weekend trip to visit our son at Oberlin. We had a full crew with us, including our other son and his girlfriend, my parents, and even our dogs. The house worked great for the crew, with plenty of space for everyone. The yard and outdoor space, especially, are phenomenal for hanging out on warm, late summer evenings. While it's not in Oberlin proper, it's an easy 5 minute drive to downtown and campus. Loved our stay at the house!

Steve is awesome! Responds to questions immediately. The yard and landscape are so peaceful and beautiful. Recurrent visits from bunnies and deer. Tons of birds. The fireflies at night are amazing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Outdoor speakers made it easy to connect your playlists to. The firepit on the deck made for a perfect conversation spot. Inside had lots of rooms to offer friends and family to stay overnite. The large table housed many game nights. Definitely one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed. Already talking about rebooking.
