Just ten miles east of Asheville, North Carolina, Wildheart Sanctuary is a private mountain retreat featuring a beautifully updated single-level mainlodge and a neighboring hundred-year-old log cabin, both surrounded by mature forest. Guests may encounter deer and turkeys wandering through the yard, offering a peaceful connection with nature. The main lodge offers single-level living with a sunken living room centered around a soaring stone fireplace, a spacious dining area filled with natural light, and a gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining. Five bedrooms, each with a television, and three full bathrooms provide ample accommodations for families and groups. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a natural rock hearth fireplace, and a deep soaking tub. Recreation abounds in the adjacent game room with automatic garage doors, foosball, ping-pong, and card tables, along with an outdoor lawn area for cornhole. Just outside, guests will enjoy a sunken hot tub, a luxury fire pit with seating, and a hammock set beneath the trees for peaceful afternoon lounging.

Also located near the main lodge, Cabin Thyme is an authentic Appalachian log cabin filled with rustic charm and modern comfort. While the cabin's exterior maintains its original character from the early 1900s, the interior has been fully renovated with a sleek modern kitchen, updated bathroom, and thoughtful touches throughout. This handcrafted retreat features a covered front porch, wood-burning fireplace, mini-fridge, WiFi, and a television. With its seamless blend of natural beauty, luxurious amenities, and proximity to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, Wildheart Sanctuary offers an exceptional mountain getaway that encourages both adventure and relaxation. •Occupancy Requirement. For guest safety and proper fireplace supervision, at least one adult (18+) must be present at the Rustic Cabin at all times when minors are on the premises. This policy is strictly enforced.
• Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
