Secluded 1-Acre Mountain View Retreat - great location in La Quinta #112390 6BR

The grounds are beautiful, lots of room, lots of rooms and places to gather. Kitchen is configured in an interesting way but but definitely doable. We ate dinner out 2 out of 3 nights and ordered food in the first night. One bedroom in the main house does not have a shower or bathtub so the person or couple staying in that room has to bathe or shower in another bathroom. The room next door's bathroom is very convenient to shower in. All in all, we loved the houses and worked for our group of 12.

The house and the grounds were perfect for our group. Communication with the host was great. Had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Terrific accommodations and prompt responsiveness from the management team to meet our needs. Our group was thrilled with this home and all that it offered. Proximity to all the fun golf courses in the area, well kept grounds with amazing grapefruit and lime trees, and such a spacious comfortable overall setup. Hope to return someday, thanks!

The only issue we had was the refrigerator didn’t work. Also, only one of the televisions was able to turn on. There were batteries, missing or dead in the remotes for most of the television.

The house was very nice and large. The yard was well manicured and beautiful. I would stay at this property again.

Loved the beautiful yard full of gorgeous foliage, fruit trees and flowers. Hummingbirds all around! Easy and quick Uber rides to Indian Wells. The house is very spacious but the real enjoyment is outside. I hope the kitchen/pantry receives a makeover as it could be brought back to life with some TLC. Mgmt was great to work with on some minor issues.

My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay at your house. We loved all the games/activities especially the swimming pool, billiards, horse shoes and bocce - we're now a little obsessed with bocce ball! Hope to return to your beautiful home for more good times and great memories!!

The location is superb with shopping and restaurants very close and easy access to golf courses around La Quinta. The layout of the rooms is a little bit of a maze, but once we figured it all out, it worked great for us. The setting is really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and pool/spa after our golf rounds. We'd definitely come back on next trip to the area.

We had my closest friends and parents join us for my 40th birthday and it was perfect. We had so much fun exploring all of the options the property had to offer. The pool, the bocce court, the basement lounge, the pool table room, ping pong. We had activities for days. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group and we ate and drank with merriment. Perfect property for a large group.

Our family and 2 other familes came to stay here in Late August 2024 and had a great time. The house was just as advertised, the photos did it justice. The house was located next to a bunch of restaurants and stores so we didnt need to drive far for anything. The property manager was very attentive, respectful, and made sure we enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend for a large party w/ or w/out kids.

We rented this amazing home for our annual Palm Springs girls trip getaway that we had not done since pre covid. When we were arrived at the house, it immediately exceeded all of expectations. The decor and layout of the house was phenomenal. There were so many entertainment options such as the pool, mini golf course, pool table, pingpong table and a room with board games . This home was perfect for our getaway and would be great for any group looking for a hidden oasis in the desert. The owner did a great job communicating and was easy to get ahold of. We had a family of 12 of us ages ranging from 24-80! Everyone was able to truly enjoy themselves because it is so spacious and had so many nice amenities such as the putting green,the pool table, the ping-pong, etc. The pool area was amazing and where we spent most of our time, but the house itself was perfect for what we needed. Everybody felt like they had their own space, yet we were all together. I was perfect to celebrate my mom‘s 80th with the whole family and everyone keeps talking about how we have to do it again. Our host were wonderful. They were in touch from the beginning to the end of our stay and very accessible if needed. A great spot if you’re looking to get away with a big group and have everyone truly enjoy themselves!

8 of us stayed a long weekend for a bday weekend. Huge amount of space, great pool, and activities (pool table, bocce, horseshoes, etc.). Walking distance to food options and stores. Will stay again for sure!
