Sebastian Home w/ Screened Lanai: 8 Mi to Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this home and highly recommend renting this property. Listing as described and clean. My favorite part was the screened in lanai - we spent a lot of time out there relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet.The only negative thing we experienced is the Wi-Fi kept going in and out while on our ipads. It also sometimes took the cable TV a while to get started.

It was a very nice house...very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice neighborhood, close to a park and grocery store. I love that you provide full size items like shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, dish soap, etc. The only problem I noticed is that the master bath shower doors will not stay closed. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The owner came promptly to take out the light part of the fan in the living room, light would not work. I guess he replaced it but by then we had to leave. My husband contacted the owner and told him of the numerous palmetto bugs on the countertop. He said he would have exterminator spray, after that we did not see any more bugs. The dryer works ok but does not shut off when opening the door, have to shut it off manually. Has lots of rust on top of dryer. Yes the washer is off balance, therefore makes a lot of noise. The house directly across from this property is a turnoff. Two rusted out vehicles in driveway and it does not do the neighborhood justice. Dingy property, I wonder what the people that live there full time think of this. The rest of the neighborhood is kept very nice. Pleasant nautical and beachy surroundings in the home, very nice.

Our family actually stayed here because we had a soccer tournament about 10 minutes away from the house. We had all the comforts of home for a long extended weekend. Definitely would book again.

I was in Sebastian Medical for major surgery, and the property was close and quiet for my wife and brother. Everything was great, but washer and dryer were loud and not balanced.

We came for the Fellsmere Frogs Leg Festival and had a great time. There were six of us and our stay was lovely. Great location close to the beach if that is what you are looking for. Beautiful back yard with native plants. Quite private feeling. We spent a lot of time on the back porch playing games which was comfy and well lit. Kitchen was equipped enough for our needs, although surprised to find no salt and pepper. We would love to come back again next year.
