Casco, Maine
Brand new to the rental market in 2019, this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on Sebago Lake was recently updated. With sleeping for 4, it's perfect for small families. Bring your family and your boat to this quiet location on a dead end street. We love it and think you will too! Available July 4th week!
With 2 private docks, this property is perfect for those who love to enjoy the lake. Kayak, canoe or paddle right out the back yard. An additional larger dock a short walk down the street offers those with a motorboat the opportunity to explore all that Sebago Lake has to offer. Use our shared, private dock for no additional slip charge. Park your boat or jet ski, or hang out and fish. There is also access to a sandy beach which is part of the association, perfect for the kids to play or to cool off on a hot summer day.
The home includes all new beds, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, WIFI and all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. Family friendly with pack n’ play, beach toys, children’s books and a few games.

We absolutely loved our stay! Meg and Bill are wonderful hosts, answered all of our questions, the space is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. Kitchen has everything you'll need if you plan on cooking for yourselves, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. And the neighbors we did meet were very personable and welcoming. We would absolutely rent from them again anytime.
We had a great experience with this home. Meg is so kind, and accommodating, as far as home owners go, you can’t get better. The house was super clean, and ready for us to live there. Beach front is a two minute skip up the road. Would recommend to anyone looking in this part of Maine. We were able to ride our atv, about a ten minute drive away. Amazing trip, thanks to this home.
This lovely home was clean and inviting and well equipped with everything we needed. It's not exactly waterfront, but it has a dock going out to a marsh that is not far from the boating area. The marsh is beautiful and would be great kayaking. The backyard is big, has a fire pit, and feels very private. Another bonus is the boat slip. There is a community feel in the neighborhood that is warm and friendly, which made the scenic walk to and from the boat very pleasant. The owners are very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our relaxing, problem-free stay and recommend this property.
My son and I had a fantastic week at this quaint home that is nestled in a quiet corner of Kettle Cove. The home was extremely clean and has been through a recent and complete remodel from top to bottom, inside and out. I really liked the keyless door lock/entry feature that was personalized for us. Meg was great as well as responsive in communicating with me. Although it was just the two of us, this 2 BR/ 1 BA home could comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The kitchen was stocked well enough to easily host 8-10 people for a cookout on the gas grill or an evening sitting around the fire pit roasting s’mores. The back yard is big enough for kids to play games or catch with a baseball or football. Although there is no direct lake view from the home, there is direct access to a Kettle Cove from the property’s dock with a kayak or other shallow draft boat. Additionally, there is a deep water slip dedicated to the property which is only a 5 min walk down the road for those who choose to bring a motor boat. This dock is directly across from Kettle Cove Marina where one will be able to easily purchase gasoline. The location of this home is very close to both Point Sebago and the Sebago Lake State Park as well as being centrally located between North Windham and Naples. In summary, this home was a terrific value and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks again for a great week!
