Stayed Aug 14, 2022This house was just what our family with young kids wanted for a week away - lakefront, nice yeard and dock area to play around in, all the non-motor boats my kids could want, a fun basement with toys and games, etc. Carrie the property manager was very responsive to all of my questions. House was as nice as (or maybe even nicer than) advertised. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This is a great home and location for a good size family. There is a small beach area with a gradual entrance into the water. This was ideal for our grandkids. Good size dock and had no issues with my 24’ boat. Great size fire pit for nightly fires and s’mores. The downstairs is a gamer’s jackpot. They have every board game you can think of in addition to ping pong table, fooseball, basketball and dart board. We had a great week. Carrie did an excellent job communicating from the beginning to end. Looking forward to next year!

Stayed Jul 4, 2020The home is beautiful. The location is great. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids. It’s close to town as well for quick easy trips to the stores. The property is great for a large family.

Stayed Aug 12, 2017We had a blast! Lots of room for gathering or privacy. Four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. A wonderful kitchen with plenty of space for the many cooks in our family. Architecturally lovely with cathedral ceilings and windows to match. Outdoors was perfect. We loved having our own private beach, dock space for our pontoon boat, a fire pit for our annual smore cook-off. we enjoyed the accessibility to Frye's leap, the Frye Island Bistro, tubing on the lake...So much to do. Truly a wonderful summer week.
