    The house is beautiful and very spacious. The outdoor patio, grill, pool, and hot tub were also a highlight of this property although there were issues with consistency in heating the hot tub. It worked some days and others did not, but we were credited the heating fee for the days it did not work. The beds were all very comfortable. A few bulbs were out in the master bathroom upon arrival, which should be taken care of in between guest visits. The kitchen was decently stocked, but could use a large sauce pan for cooking pasta. The toaster was only two slice capacity and did not work properly, so we bought a new one and left it at the home. We also bought a skillet and left it there because the coating on theirs was significantly scratched. The beach is amazing as usual along 30A and is about an 8 minute walk from the house. We rented a golf cart because it was too far for our crew to carry all the beach stuff back-and-forth. One significant complaint is that the sprinkler system hit the hood of our car and windshield every day, coating it in a white residue of water spots. We didn’t think much of it until taking it to the car wash when we came back home. We also ended up at a detailer shop. After two washes and the detailer spending three hours buffing and using a clay bar, the surface spots came off, but there is still etched-in water spot damage. Our next stop will have to be a body shop, so if you stay at this property, park your car so the sprinklers don’t hit it.

    This house is perfect for a large family. The pool area and patio are outstanding. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and ice cream!!!
