The house was great for our large group from a one year old to adults. We were happy with alarms on the doors-for kids safety. And we liked all the living area being on the upper floor with the pool and front door on the first level. It allowed for child safety. There were a lot of steps but the elevator was great for hauling groceries and luggage. And another plus, all bedrooms had large walk in closets that worked for cribs. It was a very pleasant stay with more than enough room for our group.

Overall this house is impressive. Six separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms for each room make this a phenomenal house for a large group to stay together but keep their own space. Massive living area, outdoor area, and kitchen/dining area allowed for great times together. Location on Marco Island is quiet and walking distance to the beach. The house has a few quirks, the main one being that almost all of the living area is upstairs, while the pool is downstairs only accessible either by going down a set of relatively steep outdoor stairs or by using the elevator and walking around the outside of the house. Overall for a large family getting together on vacation it is a very practical house.

This is a fantastic property for a large family. We had 13 people ranging from 5 to 73 and it was perfect. We needed 6 bedrooms and the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was an added bonus. The kitchen could seat all of us and was perfectly equipped. We enjoyed the large lanai again with plenty of seating and a great view of the gulf. The kids loved the pool and especially the basketball hoop! The adults (parents and grandparents particularly liked the hot tub. The elevator was great to load luggage and groceries. The only comment is that it would have been nice to use the grill on the lanai that was on the same level as the kitchen but the one at pool level was sufficient. Overall, we would highly recommend this home for your large group!

Overall the house was just what we needed for our large group vacation. Very spacious and lots of seating and gathering spaces. The outdoor spaces (lanai, pool, and green space) were wonderful. The pre-trip communications were not responded to very timely and the last week prior to trip not ar all. The check in was not the best since the usual person doing the check ins for the home was not available so the one showing us around did not know how anything worked. Very nice tho. The issues we had were- the fridge in kitchentte Was not functional, bbq on balcony was not either and had to use grill by pool which was down many many stairs and not easy. The a/c was not working in the master and additional bedroom from arrival until departure which made for sweaty nights. The management did not communicate well or frequently with us regarding plans to fix the a/c and we dealt with service workers coming to the house all week. It was finally fixed a couple hours before our departure. When I asked the management for compensation due to the inconvenience and uncomfortable sleeping quarters, I have been ghosted ever since with no response. We paid a lot for this nice property and the least they could do was provide some money back or at least answer and apologize. Overall property was great.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property!!! When we arrived it was VERY clean, each and every room. Property was as listed, and the pictures of all the spaces were very accurate. Location was great with 2 grocery stores just minutes away. There were plenty of beach towels, regular towels, and linens, and there were multiple washers/dryers! Also, the seating was plentiful indoors and out. The elevator was key when bringing in groceries and tired kids at the end of the day. The door alarm was great with our littles and the pool! The pool was big and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The property has 2 big refrigerators, plus plenty of extra refrigeration by the grill and pool area. The layout of the house is great for multiple families. And the property manager, Samantha, was GREAT to work with from start to finish. When we needed anything, she responded immediately and took care of what we needed. We couldn't have asked or a better place for our family vacation!!
