From the elevated meadow behind this holiday cottage you have incredible views of the Limfjorden across to the islands Fur and Livø. Open concept kitchen and living room and dining room. TV with both Danish and German channels and there is a DVD player, stereo system with CD player and a radio. The rustic walls provide a cosy atmosphere and on cool nights you can light the wood-burning stove. There is a large terrace of which a small part is covered where you can have barbecues and enjoy the view of the scenic area. A trail leads down to the beach approx. 50 m from the house that has 3 shelters, a large covered barbecue area, a playground and a jetty. You can use the boat exploring the area (usage at own risk/insurance). Please note that it takes 4 adults to carry/push the boat to the water's edge.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
