A 25min walk will take you to Terrigal, with some of the best restaurants, boutique shops, and nightlife on the Central coast.
The space
1. 3 bedroom air conditioned. Townhouse, has an open plan lower level that has amazing ocean views and this space extends out onto an entertainment deck, equipped with a lounge setting, bar with 6 chairs and extra stools and 2 bean bags. A space to enjoy a breakfast, sun yourself on a deck chair, or in the evening have a few drinks, cook a barbecue, and enjoy the moonlit skies.
2.There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a TV/Netflix . There is a laundry, toilet and shower on this level as well.
3.Up stairs are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath.
The large master bedroom has a small balcony with spectacular ocean views and a small work table also looking out to wamberal beach and the lagoon. It has a king bed and a pull out sofa bed for 1 if required. It has a TV and beautifully lit ensuite.
The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom and one has a queen bed and the other a king single bed and a trundle.
4.There is a small private enclosed back yard, down stairs for young children to romp around.
Guest access
The townhouse has been set up specifically for airbnb and therefore Guests are welcome to use anything. Except my covered shelves on the left wall in the garage.
AVAILABLE FOR CONVENIENCE ARE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
*Travel cot and bedding, high chair, Baby bath, gate.
*Adult and children's books, games.
* toddler play station, puzzles.
* beach chairs, umbrellas, kids surf board, kayak , boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and kids toys, picnic basket/rug/eskie, /beach cart, extra *2 beanbag, cushions and blankets.
There is plenty of street parking near or around the corner. Mostly Note! there is No standing directly in front. No Parking in the driveway as it is steep, dangerous getting out and may block the neighbours access.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT
I have a request that you are respectful of the neighbours with limiting noise outside after 10.00pm. The outside brick wall is shared with the neighbour.
Strictly no external guests and parties.
Absolutely no smoking.
I will not host school leavers in the schoolies celebrations.
No groups under 25 years.
As the property is on a main road, there is traffic noise that affects the 3rd bedroom and to a lesser degree the 2nd bedroom. master bedroom is quiet.
Consider the inherent risk of the stairs if you have young children. See photos. I have a removable gate for downstairs.
We stayed at Seaside Retreat, Wamberal recently. The townhouse is impeccably styled. The furnishings and bedding are extremely comfortable and the villa is very well appointed. The view of Wamberal beach and lagoon from the back deck was an added bonus. Communication and check in process was seamless. We had a lovely stay at Seaside Retreat, Wamberal.
