Stayed Aug 29, 2024It has a perfect location, nice beds, and a great house. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher was covered in mold, which they can and clean ASAP. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, and the front porch needs to be cleaned. Other than that, it was an Awesome house.

Stayed Sep 12, 2022We 4 cousins do a getaway every year. This house and Seaside were perfect in every way. Phenomenon is so clean and comfy while being very beautifully decorated as well. Central location to beach and shopping and we barely used our car. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 9, 2022We loved our stay at Phenomenon. Beautifully decorated on the inside, easy walk to the beach and into Seaside town center. There were 7 of us and felt like a great sized place for that group, but I don’t think you’d want too many more people. The kitchen and living room are a bit small if you have a larger group size, but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, wonderful stay!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022The glof cart should be removed or parked at the end of the driveway to provide more space to pull to vehicles in. Ice maker didn't work.....no problem for us! Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were awesome!
