While it may be an older home, it was perfect for our girls weekend away! Plenty of space, great views from the Kitchen and lounge and an amazing location in the heart of Lorne. Would recommend for people who are not expecting 5 star accommodation, but something with a more homey and rustic feel.

The location and the view was wonderful. The downstairs area was very cold and the upstairs second room is claustrophobic. The lack of heating made the stay uncomfortable.

Pros: Great location, really close to everything. Large back room with ocean views and big couch was really nice. Cons: Pictures misleading, not anywhere near as nice as it looked. Place was dated and bare. 3 of the beds are essentially in a large hallway leading to another room meaning people had to walk through it. Another bed was in a cupboard sized room that was uninhabitable due to a spider nest and also claustrophobic. There was no linen - expected - but not even bath mats. There was no hand soap and nothing to wash dishes with - we had to go buy a brush. There was an upstairs verandah that was unsafe for children. Not a relaxing stay.

Property had an amazing view and was very central to all the amenities in Lorne.
