Stayed Oct 23, 2025At first the communication was good, but over the weekend when we kept getting emails about being out on Sunday (we paid through Monday), I couldn't reach anyone. I couldn't even leave a message. I reached out through the app as well. The kitchen wasn't equipped as I would have expected it to be. Even though the pool was supposed to be closed, it wasn't covered and it was dirty. The windows were dirty. At first I thought it because they were clouded but they were actually dirty which blocked the view of the ocean. It wasn't horrible but certainly not a top stay.

Stayed May 22, 2025Pool was not clean enough to swim in. Film on top, filter didn’t seem to be working. Outside lights in back not working and outlets near master bathroom vanity as well. Grill propane tank empty, we had to get refill ourselves. Hot tub was not really hot.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We were disappointed with the house and the general condition of the property. Furniture was torn and tired. The picture windows to the beach had obvious seal problems, so you couldn't see through them ( and there were signs on the other windows to warn against opening them). The beds weren't made and the bedspreads were dirty. The pool was filled with sand and the area around it was not tidy. We complained about the pool, but it was never cleaned. The neighbors' pools on both sides of our property were pristine, so not the fault of the weather. The audio system was extremely complicated with no instructions. Disappointing as the Olympics were on the entire time of our stay and good quality sound would have been appreciated. We complained several times to the management company - particularly about the pool- but the best we were offered was a checkout time two hours later than expected. Disappointing all around.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Location was nice. Cigarette butts in sand piles on balconies and all in overgrown weed yard. Pool needs to be refinished, was full over sand when we arrived but even after it was cleaned has black stains all over the bottom.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024We were impressed with this townhome from the second we stepped inside the front door. All three floors, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The electric fireplace could use a facelift but at least it worked. The upstairs deck door handles and locks need to be replaced. We were able to open one of the four doors so that was good enough. To the owners credit when we called to help us with the doors they responded by sending a maintenance person literally in 15 minutes. We figured it out before they arrived however. The upstairs windows with an ocean view were dirty to the point of hardly being able to see the ocean. While understand it had recently been stormy I would have expected that part of getting the room ready for the next guests would be cleaning the windows. Again to the property managers credit they acknowledged this inconvenience and allowed us to checkout at 12 the following day instead of 9 AM. The fact that checkout is 9AM is a little silly IMO. Our family of six can take a fair amount of time getting out no less requesting our friends with their families to do the same. A couple other inconveniences but not deal breakers would be the TV’s in the bedrooms and theater room. Some of the bedroom tvs were barely watchable and the channel control was nearly impossible. The theater room remotes, etc., pretty much required a special degree to figure out and quite honestly, we never did. Again not a deal breaker needs an upgrade!
