At the delivery of the keys, we will ask you for a deposit check of 400 €.
This will not be debited and will be returned to you when you leave if there is nothing to report and if the cleaning is correct.
Otherwise a deduction from the deposit will be determined by mutual agreement between the two parties.
In the event of a dispute, the lessor retains the security deposit check pending an estimate made
by a professional. The lessor deducts the amount of the damage from the deposit and agrees to
transfer the rest of the deposit. If the amount of the quote exceeds 400 € the tenants agree to pay
the balance of material damage.
