With a fantastic view of the sea at Gedser, you will find this bricklayer's house from 1937 in the front row down to the water. You can walk from the house down through the garden's small paths directly to the sandy beach. The vacation home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, kitchen, small toilet, living room, and a small conservatory. On the first floor, there are bedrooms consisting of one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds, and one room witha double bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The kitchen has electric hotplates, a separate oven, and a fridge-freezer. The living room has a TV with Chromecast, internet, and a wood-burning stove. The small conservatory opens onto the garden, where you can relax in the garden furniture or on one of the two sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can use the charcoal grill. There are local shopping opportunities in Gedser. Gedser Remise with the Olsen Gang's house, flea market, bicycle rental, and restaurant is nearby. It is approximately 300 m walking distance to the ferry terminal. Not available for rental to youth groups. Spacious 160 m² holiday home from 2007 located on a closed road on the edge of a large holiday home area in Marielyst, approx. 1100 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The cottage has a hot tub, sauna, and activity room. The house is located on a lovely, fenced-in property with plenty of space for outdoor activities and terraces around the house. The interior of the house is bright and friendly.After a full day at the beach or exploring Lolland/Falster, you can relax in the large spa or sauna.The activity room has the following equipment: Billiards. Table tennis. Darts, so a little something for everyone, including children and the young at heart.There are a total of five bedrooms, comprising three rooms with double beds and two rooms with single beds, as well as four sleeping places in the loft, where there are mattresses. In addition, there is one cot.Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered terrace. The large garden is ideal for play and games, and there is also a sandpit, play tower, and swing.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms with a sink, shower, and toilet, and one of the bathrooms has a dryer and washing machine.The vacation home has a TV, DVD player, radio, stereo system, and CD player. There are at least 4 Danish channels and at least 4 German channels. Wireless internet is available.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
