Fantastic location. Very clean unit with exception of bad pet stains on master bedroom carpet next to where you step to get into bed and storage of towels and tissue next to toilet bowl cleaner brush. Wonderful tower upstairs. Owner made surprise visit to charge his car - would not have been a big deal, except men with him insisted on entering home unannounced and it was rude and invasive; they should have contacted the management company to do this. Management was pleasant on telephone, but could have followed up better. Could have been an excellent stay and a place we would have liked to repeatedly stayed in, but the quirks sort of killed the experience. We would recommend if the towel storage was addressed, bath soap provided in showers, and assurance was provided that owner would not make surprise visits. An effort should be made to make guests who have spent a great deal of money to feel welcome with some kind of personal contact, like a welcome note. Could be a really good experience, as location is excellent. I would recommend this place, but would want assurances re the issues mentioned.

The perfect end-of-summer getaway!Our little family of three had the most amazing time staying here. The house was absolutely perfect—clean, welcoming, and full of charm. We spent our evenings playing cards on the screened-in porch, our days riding bikes through the beautiful brick-road neighborhood, and made countless memories walking to the beach just minutes away. The location couldn’t have been better with shops and restaurants all within a quick bike ride or short stroll.The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor shower was a favorite after sandy beach days. Our daughter especially loved relaxing in the cozy upstairs loft with a good book. It truly was the ideal family vacation spot, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Brought my husband, two kids and our dog for a trip to Seaside. I loved that this house is dog friendly and so close to the beach and town center which is why we booked this. The house was very clean and there were no issues getting in when we arrived. The only draw was the limited included kitchen supplies. Not horrible by any means. We’ve always been lucky to book homes that have any and every thing you can think of in the kitchen which is why I always plan to do a lot of cooking. Love having access to fresh seafood! We ended up using a lot of paper products and inadvertently burned quite a few things with the older/warped pans/skillets that were included. I know not everyone cooks on vacation so aside from that this is a great house and location! Just wanted to give a heads up for those who do like to cook and expect to have a lot of supplies. You will need to bring every grain of salt, sugar, pepper, etc. which most folks probably do anyway.

The home had everything we needed and we loved the short walks to town and to the beach. Having bikes delivered to us was a great convenience. We loved the screened porch entry and the tower views. Communication was good and the home was clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Very cute beach bungalow with great location to ocean and center of activity. Beds were very comfortable. It was a nice stay. The additional poor fee was not worth it.

We booked this house for 3 weeks in February. Unfortunately, the house was not in rentable condition. Thankfully, we were able to vacate the property 2 weeks early. Sandpiper did handle the situation promptly and professionally. If you are renting this place I recommend reaching out to Sandpiper - have them do a walk through before your rental to confirm that the property is in good condition. I wish we did.

Spent a week at this property and it was just fabulous. Everything was perfect: location and proximity to great restaurants, private access to beach, pool and fitness center, very well appointed with great mattresses and linens. Will definitely return to this property!

Wonderful property in a perfect location!

Nice little house. We would definitely stay there again. The only annoying thing was that there TV cable did not get many HD channels. I realize that when you go to the beach you should not plan to watch much TV but when there is a sporting event on TV, it is really annoying to watch it in SD. It felt like 1970. It seems like that should pay a few extra dollars to get a better cable package.

Excellent property to get away on our honeymoon and enjoy seaside! Quiet yet convenient to the beach and town center. We loved it!!!
