For the 2023 season, both the kitchen and the floors were upgraded, ensuring a fresh and pleasant setting. The layout is well suited for families or small groups, with two bedrooms positioned at opposite ends of the house to provide privacy. In addition, there is a separate annex on the property with a single bed, making it a practical option for accommodating an extra guest. Entertainment is also well taken care of. The living area is equipped with a TV that offers Danish and German channels, as well as streaming services such as Netflix and Viaplay, so you can enjoy both local and international programs during your stay. Hejlsminde is known for its child-friendly beach and calm waters, making it a safe and attractive destination for families. The surroundings are ideal for long beach walks, including a scenic stroll to the local marina. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
