Seaside Bliss: 4B/4B, Patio, BBQ, Pool, Near Beach

First of all.. I am not one to nit pick rentals but there were so many big and little issues with this rental that I have to address. The major one is there is no golf cart included even though there is a pic of the owner sitting on it in front of the house and no caption stating that it is an extra charge or stated anywhere in the description of the property that it is extra charge. This is the main reason for me renting this property along with the fire pit which didn't work. I even read all the reviews and there were a couple of them mentioning the included' golf cart. I had even messaged the owner asking about the golf cart after I booked the property inquiring if it would already be gassed up and he replied that it was battery operated.He didn't say anything about it not being included or even offered a price on how much it would be to rent it. So u can understand my shock when we got there and no golf cart and no working fire pit. We cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill the first night we arrived and it took an hour to cook them and had a full tank of propane! Other issues..handle to master shower door is falling off, no hooks to hang towels in master shower, no crock pot to cook a meal while u are at beach, very limited supply of silverware, only 1 dish towel and 1 dish rag provided,no internet for 2 days due to nicked cable line.Probably worst rental experienced in 15yrs of renting. Only positives..house was clean and beds were comfy

Had a totally relaxing stay in a very quiet, safe and upscale setting. Felt right at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the owner. They were very personable and quick to respond with questions. The house is in a perfect location to the beach and the house is furnished with everything you’d need for the stay. We will be back.

Great house, close to the beach, nice neighborhood

The house itself was a great layout. We had some issues, which we communicated with the property manager: 1. The dryer didn’t work, although I’m not sure I would hold them accountable for that unless they check the washer and dryer between each use. But we did have to take our wet clothes (out of the washer) to a laundrymat to have them dried. 2. There was not enough pots and pans to cook a full meal. So several times we were putting something from a pot, into a bowl, to place in the microwave until it was time to eat, just so that we could use the pot for another item for our meal. 3. We felt like the cleaning crew had some misses on their part: someone’s groceries left above the fridge in a cabinet, the golf cart could have been cleaned a bit better, and the outside porch/furniture needed cleaned. Again - overall a good house. Part of me feels like the owners live there part time, as there was a drawer that was a hodgepodge of stuff (dog collar, pens, chopsticks, soy sauce packets), including note cards with a lady’s writing.

Property was a great fit for our group with plenty of room. Owner communicated well with questions or minor issues. Location was good but traffic getting in & out of subdivision was not the best.

This place was the perfect space and location for our trip. We had two families (plus a dog) and the home had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a quiet and gated community making it a relaxing retreat. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! I recommend heading to Henderson State Park for beach pictures and Dewey Destin Harborside for seafood.

Would highly reccomend this house for a latge family. Golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas made getting to and from the beach easy.

Great house. Had everything we needed. Even beach toys and pool floats for the kids.

We all loved this place! It was so easy to use the golf cart to shuttle the kids to the beach, just a few short blocks away. The host was extremely responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very private and secure neighborhood !
