This easygoing beach neighborhood is the perfect place to escape for a beach vacation. Spend a day wandering through the shops and sights of Seacrest — you’ll spot everything from gorgeous dune lakes to gourmet restaurants. Then, unwind with a stroll along Seacrest’s sugar-white sand.

A lively community gathers in Seacrest’s Peddler’s Pavilion. Sip coffee on an outdoor patio, stock up on homemade sweet treats, or rent a bicycle and go exploring. Perfect for EV with NEMA 14-50 charging access

The Space

The first floor offers a comfortable living area, dining area that seats six at the table and two at the bar, the kitchen fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and a gas stove for all your cooking needs and the spacious Master Bedroom with king bed, a large bathroom with double sinks, shower with two rain shower heads and a private deck.

The second floor contains the second bedroom with queen bed and a private bathroom, the third bedroom with queen bed, the fourth bedroom with two bunks, a large full bathroom and a large laundry room.

Large gas BBQ grill for your grilling pleasure. Enjoy your evenings on the front deck.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the 30A’s Emerald Coast, In addition to the Seacrest’s gorgeous beaches, there’s also a 12,000 square foot swimming pool hidden in the expansive Seacrest neighborhood. One would think that it’s difficult to “hide” a 12,000 square foot pool, and yet, Seacrest somehow pulled it off.

Also, guests have access to a Tram which can take them to beach and back right from the property. Tram stop 7 is just in front of the house.

Seacrest nature trail is just behind the house which takes you through the forest reserve up to peddlers pavilion

Guests will also have access to walking trails inside the Seacrest neighborhood

Interaction with Guests

I am always available if any need arises. My property Manager Lori Suchey is also available and she lives close by. She can be there at moments notice if need be.

Other things to note

Close to everything, and yet somehow quite relaxed, Seacrest is an ideal place to reconnect with friends and family. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here, except for the occasional golf cart loaded up with kids, coolers, umbrellas and sand buckets. The “town center” of Seacrest is arguably The Village of South Walton Beach, featuring several cute shops and restaurants, as well as a convenience store.
The bubbling fountains out front are a persistent hit with bare-footed kids and weary parents seeking a momentary diversion.

Known as Peddlers Pavilion, this is a fun spot where kids can splash around, vacationers can rent bikes, and all can enjoy a unique selection of food and shopping experiences – including Peddlers Pub, 30A Bagels & Coffee, The Sweet Peddler candy and ice cream, and more.

Everything was great. Easy host to work with, house was super clean and right where you'd want to be, but back in the back of the neighborhood so a little quieter

Tucked away in the NW corner of Seacrest Beach North on Endless Summer Way is this gem of a property whose owner has done a wonderful job of ensuring that our stay was both enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The property is well appointed with everything a large family could need, love the kitchen with its gas stove, and spacious dining area, and the owner is uber responsive to inquiries. We have bookmarked this property and look forward to a return visit soon!

Really great stay at a really nice place tucked in at the back of the subdivision (which was nice and quiet)..Nice large house! One small issue (no big deal) and the host was on it immediately! We really appreciated the responsiveness! Overall great experience, would stay here again!

The house and its location were perfect for my son and his friend and I for an amazing spring break. Host was super responsive to questions, easy to work with and very kind. Beds were very comfortable, home was clean and spacious, amenities in the community are always top notch and we will definitely look into renting again!

This is a great house. Plenty of room for our group and we enjoyed the stay. A few things simple things could have made the stay a little nicer. It seemed that we were the first renter in a while and the front porch and some areas inside were dusty. Larger, softer bath towels would be an improvement, additional linens for the extra pillows would be helpful and more cups. The owner was very responsive and the overall the house was great!

We had a nice stay. Tram stop is right out front of house. Nice walk through neighborhood if not taking the tram. Love the pool as always. Owners even got a slow cooker to arrive in time for us to use it! Nice to be able to prep a meal in the morning & have it ready to eat when returning for lunch or dinner from the pool or beach. Plenty of room for everyone & the grill was a nice addition too.

This house is very nice and in the quaint (growing) neighborhood of Seacrest Beach. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and all the accommodations we needed for our week of vacation. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook at home. The tram stop is right across the street to catch a ride to the pool or beach access, which is very convenient on a hot & humid Florida day. We did run into issues with the community pool (which is very large and gorgeous) in that it was closed for emergency repairs 2 of the days we were there. In talking with personnel at the pool, it sounds like they have major repairs to make but are trying to get through the season - so don't be surprised if this happens again this summer. The house does need some minor maintenance upkeep items taken care of, i.e. lightbulbs out (including the back porch and the back patio string lights) and drains cleaned out (some sinks and showers do not drain while using - but drain slowly after). Also, be sure to check the propane tank for the grill when you arrive to make sure it has gas. We waited until we had burgers ready to go on the grill and discovered the 2 tanks were empty so had to rush to the store to get a replacement (Jeba did reimburse - so thank you!). We also had issues with gnats on the first floor and large ants on the 2nd floor during our stay. Florida has bugs, and this house is next to a nature preserve - so these were a nuisance at most and unsettling to the kids, but we survived. Highly recommend renting bikes - we rented from Peddlers and they delivered and picked up the bikes. This area is great for biking. We enjoyed evening bike rides to check out the nearby shops, restaurants and to cruise through the Seacrest and nearby beach towns. The beach was very crowded - and the Seacrest Access was taken up by rental company chairs and umbrellas 5 rows deep. We ended up renting, but did overhear many families coming down with their gear disappointed that there was not much space to set up their camp. Overall a great house, location, pool and beach. Great place for a vacation.
