Stayed Mar 11, 2023The house is lovely, spacious, and has everything you need for a great vacation. The locations is literally steps from the beautiful pool. Getting to the beach is quick and easy whether you’re walking or catching the team. Jill, the home owner, thought of everything and we felt so welcome. We had a great time!

Stayed Nov 21, 2022My family traveled almost 3000 miles to spend Thanksgiving on 30A with us. It did not disappoint! The house is perfectly located near the front of the development - across the street from the pool and easy walking to the Seacrest shops, bike rentals and restaurants. A few steps more and you are in Rosemary. We didn't need the shuttle or bikes to get to the beach! The house itself was perfect. They even changed out the décor to reflect the holiday...such a great touch! Rooms and bathrooms were comfy and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals, including a bar cabinet that made my husband jealous! Brand new washer & dryer made it easy to go home with clean clothes and not dread the mountain of laundry when we returned. Communication was easier than any other rental I've done. Jill texted asking about our stay and offering to answer questions, several times during our stay. Don't hesitate to rent this home! (oh - and it also has a carriage house off the back. We didn't need it but would be a GREAT inlaw suite or place to put noisy teenagers!)

Stayed Aug 1, 2022We stayed at Jill’s property for one week. We had 3 teens, one toddler and 4 adults. The property is very spacious, has comfortable furniture and beach chairs among other things. We truly enjoyed a short walk to the beach, a large wrap around porch and a wonderful community pool. This house is also very close to a nice shopping center. Jill is a great host! She went the extra mile to make sure that our stay is comfortable and we have all we need. We recommend this property!
