Location was good. Cleanliness of unit could have been better. There was old toothpaste and hair in the master sink. The kitchen needed some extra cleaning as well.

The condo was cleaned and well maintained! Stocked with everything needed. Great location next to the pool and easy walk to beach across the road

We love Channelside Landing and was excited to see this home offered for rental. So much room and all has been updated beautifully. We can’t recommend this condo more.

We love the house

This was our family of four’s first trip to Ocean Isle Beach, and we had a fantastic stay! The condo was in a perfect location - a 5-minute walk to the beach, right next to the pool, and we enjoyed gorgeous sunset views from the back deck each evening.
 The unit was very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches Vacasa provided, like trash bags in each can, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms, and a starter pack with dish and laundry detergent. Those small details made settling in easy and stress-free.
 A few suggestions that could make the stay even better:
 * Either a traditional coffee maker or a reusable K-Cup filter option for guests who bring ground coffee. * The primary bedroom mattress was very soft and dipped in the middle, so we ended up using the guest bedroom instead. * A few board games stored in the living room console would be great for family nights in.
 Overall, it was a wonderful beach getaway in a well-maintained and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was cozy, clean, and quiet. Very close to beach, with a no stairs beach access (great for a cart) and great views along with our am and pm deer visits. A/C was cold and the unit is a good size for 4 adults and a few of kids. The only minuses for the stay was that the beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, cart) were either old or non existent. Bicycles were not usable, handle bars could not be tightened. Could use a newer Keurig or coffee pot and a bigger air fryer/toaster oven. With that being said, Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also the pool was at our doorstep, a definite bonus.

Loved the property but Vacasa needs help on accurately communicating changes like changes WITHIN 7 days when they mean within 3-7 days. Thus property info to get into garage should say KEYPAD on left front of garage wall instead of just lock as there is a door to garage with a lock. Also online instructions only instruct temperature change to 75 and starting a load of towels whereas instructions on property fridge are much more detailed. This is the reason dishes were not put away, dishwasher was still running at 10am so had to leave them. Signing into TV apps info would be helpful for those who don't use tv app usernames and passwords often. Need to know to come with all that info.Thoroughly enjoyed quiet location, privacy, house layout, amenities and decor.

We had such a wonderful girls weekend! Staying here was truly a blessing. It was walking distance from the beach, and was 100% worth the cost!

Best home we’ve stayed on both OKI and HB in 20 years. Didn’t need beach access so it was perfect. Well appointed kitchen and TV in every room. Both decks used, cozy on the garage level too. Friendly neighborhood.

The condo was good overall. We did have some problems with water bugs, and the TV remote didn’t work in the master bedroom. One thing that could be done that would help a lot is the door code is way too long to have to do every time you leave and come back. But overall, it was good.

Very nice beach house. Super clean and well stocked. Literally had anything you could possibly need for your stay other than clothing and food. Super quiet neighborhood and very easy to access the strip where all the stores and resteraunts were located. We absolutely loved the weeks stay and have no complaints at all and if we ever come back to oak island this is hands down the home we will rent again.

My niece got married and we were only 5 minutes from the venue. Beautiful condo and very clean. Hammock on the deck was pure heaven at night.

Wonderful clean house that's not too far from the beach! They also have bikes and kayaks for use, and we really enjoyed the bikes during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is in a great location and was updated, comfortable, and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. TVs and ceiling fans in every room were a plus. Big porch overlooking the natural area. Short 2 block walk to public beach access.

An awesome location and beautiful Condo. It is so well organized and decorated. Excellent support from the host.

Location to beach, swimming pool, and comfort of beds/couches were all very good. Listed pool/beach chairs were not provided and access to grill was cumbersome.

Not far from the beach and the pool was an added bonus
