****We strongly advise our guests to purchase trip insurance for their reservation
We got to check in early on a Friday which is unheard of. Jon is a very good host. I am not too techie but he was helpful. We contacted him with a fireplace problem when we left. All is well. Very nice place. My only complaint, the downstairs room with big bed smells like dog food. Someone must have left dog and food in room and left. Also need some blinds or coverings for the windows since the sun shines right o the TV for about an hour and a half a day. Also screens would be nice, lots of bees and flies. No screens do NOT alter the view..cmon!!
Very nice house. Spotless. Great view from the deck.
Very cute and comfortable! We had a great time:)
This home was one of the nicer accommodating homes The furnishings were nice the kitchen was adequately stocked. Furnishings and area to sit outside were all very nice. My one comment would be that it would be nice to have screens on the windows and slider doors,so that we could have enjoyed the nice ocean breeze coming through the home. House continually got filled with bees and flies made it uncomfortable and scary at times to try to enjoy our dinner. This trip was during a warmer period, having windows opened would have been a plus as I did not locate any fans for some circulation in the home. I could bring fans for the next time as that was a very nice house and roomie so hopefully that could be something considered after reading the review.
Great spot! Loved the deck. Enjoyed the open floor plan. We'll be back!
Great house in Dillon Beach village, clean and cozy for our family vacation. Really close to the beach with great amenities. Comfortable beds, great stocked kitchen and sunny little 2 level deck. Would love to stay here again!
Just a short walk to the general store and the beach. Clean, everything you need, comfortable beds and nice size bathroom. Great for 4 people and a pet!
We liked the property very much just wished it was closer to the water and had better views. But loved the house.
This is a cozy comfortable up to date beach town cottage with a very well equipped kitchen where my family cooked an incredible Thanksgiving feast. The house is immaculate and well maintained considering it’s dog friendly status. On the down side there are no ocean views and most inconvenient is the bathroom that is down stairs from the main living area—a feature which should be emphasized for possible renters who have young children or are older.
Very accommodating property my only concern was the steep staircase, Better suited for folks in their 30s or 40s, But very much enjoyed our stay thank you so much?
The place was clean, easy to access, and a brief walk or drive to the beach. Great patio with grill. Stairs down to the lower level where the bathroom and two bedrooms are located. Great patio off the two bedrooms as well. AWESOME and fun vacation rental!!! Oh yeah, pet friendly!!
Very nice and as described. Would stay there again.
Seas the Day is a nicely decorated, well stocked, and comfortable place very near the beach. Nice outside seating area and comfy couch and chairs. Beds are also comfortable. Appliances are updated and the kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, cleaning supplies, and other supplies. Internet, tv, vcr, and lots of board games are available
An amazing property just a short walk from the beach. The space is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. This place is a family favorite!
This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed home. Close to the beach and the general store.
This house was perfect for my family and I. Wonderful
We had a great time period we are in our late seventies and early eighties. It was difficult for my oldest sister to get down the stairs. Would have liked to know that the bathroom was downstairs.
Having booked online, sight unseen, one might be a bit skeptical about the accuracy of the description.. This house was better than we expected! The house welcomed us with comfy furniture , well thought out, happy beach decor, patios for sunning and reading, wonderful comfortable bed and roomy downstairs space with cabinet for laying out cosmetics. The bathroom was nice too. The time at the beach house was doubly appreciated as the wind was fierce at the beach and we enjoyed the afternoons in our protected, sunny patio for relaxing. Oh yes, the kitchen was well organized so cooking was easy. Not much around the area for eating out and Dillon Beach grocery store is expensive. Glad we brought a few meals to prepare from home. The small store in Tamales is limited though we did manage to put together some dinners from the limited selection. Parking was rather difficult in the small space provided and road work on the street over was noisy. Other than that, we highly recommend!
This is the perfect stay for a quiet beach getaway. The location is a short walk to yummy soft serve, great food, and the beach. There was essentially no neighborhood noise which provided for an incredible windows open napping hour! The house had everything you could need. The water pressure in the bathroom (shower and toilet) aren’t wonderful and the shower does leak a decent amount. If you put a towel around the shower head it helps! There were quite a few places I had to wipe down - window sills, night stands, bathroom counter - when we arrived, but it wasn’t terrible! Would definitely stay here again. Great weekend getaway.
From the moment we entered this charming home we were greeted with a breath of fresh cleaned air! Beds super cozy and we all agreed that the decor and care felt super homey. Wind protected deck also a bonus to maximize the enjoyment of the seaside air.
Seas the day is a nice place in the heart of the 'village' in dillon beach. Large deck area to enjoy the sunshine but stay out of the wind. Dog friendly. We would stay here again.
We love Dillon Beach and so does our pup. This cute little house ticked all of the boxes and welcomed our four-legged friend. We cooked most meals in and didn't want for any utensil or appliance. The big bed and fresh & crisp linens were a nice treat at the end of our very busy days - so, so comfy! Love this place for its easy access to everything that is DB but also quick day trips to Ft Ross, Bodega Bay, Valley Ford, Sonoma Coast Vineyards, and of course Route 1 Bakery & Kitchen in Tomales is a must. We look forward to booking/staying/enjoying this property again soon!
